How Aging Affects Women of all Ages

Aging affects women around the world

Age is a number that affects many women as they get older. In certain cases, women are affected by their ages, even from the age of twenty.

Some women tend to feel old when they reach their late twenties, sometimes even thirties. I have interviewed several women in different age groups and each one felt they were getting older by the age of twenty five.

Why is age, becoming such a factor in a woman’s life?

Most women want to look good in public as celebrities and other world important characters. It is, however, a different feeling when in front of the camera.

Genetics plays an important role in looking younger at an older age. Unfortunately, most women age differently leaving others to feel otherwise about themselves.

Too much makeup does not allow for open pores in the skin, thus making women have an increased aged looking face. Whether you are a teenager or an adult you need to take care of that face.

Women who do not take care of their weights and other appearances tend to neglect themselves after having babies. At any age a woman should see herself as growing into a mature and smart person.

Every woman no matter the background should see herself with confidence and in a positive manner. Walk and talk clearly shows confidence. Women shouldn't be bothered by their ages.

A woman must walk tall and show her children, she is upbeat. Be the one that doesn’t compare herself to another woman. She must feel unique and be herself and under all circumstances to only be herself.

Accept themselves before accepting others. Accomplish their goals and go up to challenges. Be hopeful, strive for the best and be yourself. Feel good about yourself and prove nothing to nobody but yourself.

A slight touch of makeup can make you feel the wonders about yourself. The important factor about a woman’s life is stress. To avoid what is going to make you feel old, get into Yoga classes.

A woman’s life depends on the way she was raised and the lessons she learned from her mother. Take care of yourself and enjoy each day. The key to a peaceful and happy lifestyle is to eat healthy foods, sleep well and enjoy what comes to you.

Focus on the present and you will find that life begins to feel easier. Women can enjoy activities such as swimming, walking, jogging, indoor exercises to remain looking good. Communicate daily with friends and family to keep contacts alive.

Avoid negative thinking at all costs.

  • The daily concerns of finances, and of lonely lifestyles need not be part of your life.
  • Try to make your life a simple one.
  • You need self-esteem to move on in your life.
  • Looks are important if women depend on it.
  • You are a natural no need for trying to compare yourself to other women.
  • Age is what you know not what you see in yourself.
  • Be courageous and full of yourself.
  • Beauty is from within and not from the outside of your souls.
  • You are ageless when you think about where your beauty comes from, right!
  • It doesn’t mean you must hate your age.
  • A stay-at-home mom can feel down about herself, but so much has changed to make her feel better than before.
  • Personal lifestyles have become modern and allows for many different changes to a woman at home with kids.
  • It is of great concern to look good after having a baby, but that doesn’t mean you have to ignore the nature of what got you there in the first place.
  • Love makes the world go round.
  • Grow older and don’t feel ashamed of your looks.
  • Learning never stops and you can take up classes in a new subject to feel confident in your social life.
  • You need to express your new self and to be accurate about what you do for yourself.

Do not lie about your age!

Go through the hormonal changes and take care of your body. Everything you put in your body is the result of what you become in reality. It begins at home for every individual to become that positive person or the negative person.

You can be anything you want if you put your mind to it. Negative thoughts can ruin a woman’s attitude towards getting old. There is that silver lining and you need to look for it when you are feeling down.

Be around faithful and joyful people to feel a good vibe. Women who hold grudges won’t feel good on the inside. In public women want to look their best for first impressions.

No woman should feel pressure to look good when in public. An appearance is important in public to look good, but looking good doesn’t mean you must change your image.

Value who you are and think about what you deserve. Women tend to self-doubt when in the presence of others. Sometimes there is something about women that nobody can put their finger on that would make them feel depressed.

Traumatic issues can make a woman feel negative, distrust and a lack of confidence. In society, most women who are raised with a troubled mother fall into the same category when they get older. A woman's life becomes troubled in the same way as her mother’s life was and this brings on a dramatic life for the next generation.

Gossip leads to many issues and in a no good way for many women.

  • Especially, if women were addicts of a substance or other addictions such as being a shopaholic or an alcoholic.
  • Every woman has a different character, a career of their choice and have formed good or bad relationships.
  • Women have been in love and out of love and have not been in love.
  • Whoever, women surround themselves with in their daily experiences allows for who they become in their later years.

Hi Peggy it is a natural part about us that we do not see as we focus on the outside of our appearances. Thank you for the effort.

Peggy Woods from Houston, Texas on August 07, 2020:

You are correct in saying that what is most important comes from the inside of a person. Aging is a natural part of living. Each day is precious.

Devika Primić (author) from Dubrovnik, Croatia on July 22, 2020:

MG Singh Agree! Aging is not reversible and should be a better part oa woman's life. Thank you

Devika Primić (author) from Dubrovnik, Croatia on July 22, 2020:

Bobbi Purvis You are amazing! I too feel the same about my age. Some women grow old and love it while others do everything they can to make themselves look younger. I totally agree with you. Thank you for an encouraging feedback this makes me feel great about my years. I appreciate your time.

Barbara Purvis Hunter from Florida on July 22, 2020:

I think differently than most women, because I am thankful I have lived to this age. My wrinkles are few, because I probably do not see them. When I look in the mirror I see a little of my mother and grandmother.

My hands now look like my grandmother's with my veins showing through the skin. And, I wonder as I age who will I look like from the past.

Life's journey is to be cherished and stored in your mind to recall when you want to revisit the past.

My looks do not bother me--my sister Paula thinks I still look great for my age--because she loves me--so I will not question what my mirror tells me--and grab life with joy.

Until Later,

Bobbi Purvis

It is a nice article but any woman should not bother too much about ageing. To lay stress on ageing is a negative factor because it is something that is inevitable.

Devika Primić (author) from Dubrovnik, Croatia on July 19, 2020:

Audrey Hunt You look beautiful and aging is impossible to avoid. This depends on how you take on these challenges. I so agree with you thank you dear for stopping by.

Audrey Hunt from Idyllwild Ca. on July 18, 2020:

I give little thought to the aging process. It's happening and there's not a thing I can do about it. I concentrate on a healthy body and mind and "think young."

Thanks for your wonderful article!

Devika Primić (author) from Dubrovnik, Croatia on July 16, 2020:

Mel Carriere You are right! Age doesn't matter one should focus on the age of the spirit and that is how I think about age. It is just a number. Thank you

Mel Carriere from Snowbound and down in Northern Colorado on July 16, 2020:

Aging anxiety is not just for women anymore. We men get despondent about our aging bodies as well. Unfortunately, society looks more at the age of the body than the age of the spirit. The body is just a vessel for the spirit, and a healthy spirit is all that matters. Great tips.

Devika Primić (author) from Dubrovnik, Croatia on July 16, 2020:

Hi Dora so kind of you to stop by. Sorry for the late reply. Thank you
