High Blood Pressure Is the Main Cause of Heart Disease

The initial cause of this is the occurrence of stiffness within the arteries.

Similarly, the flow of blood into the arteries becomes so narrow that the heart does not get enough blood it needs, so it barely runs like a motor engine that does not get enough petrol.

The accumulation of greasy substances (cholesterol) inside the arteries is a natural phenomenon that is more or less exposed to everyone. Some age-related effects also occur, but if the diet is balanced, exercise is used, and the habit of smoking is not developed, the situation can be controlled.

The deterioration of these two factors can narrow the blood flow inside the arteries. Unfortunately, the effects of the wrong way of life are not visible for years, but suddenly the heart, mind, kidneys, and intestines come to the mercy of the heart situation.

Role of Blood Pressure

This is the result of two forces produced in the blood. One force creates the heart and, through this force, the heart pushes the blood into the arteries with the aim of continuing the blood circulation system in the body, while the other force is produced in the blood vessels, which creates resistance in the flow of blood, and thus naturally, blood pressure is created in the blood vessels.

If this pressure is high, in medical terms, it is called high blood pressure or hypertension. In the case of high blood pressure, the heart has to work harder, i.e., pump the blood more vigorously so that it has the power to pass through the narrow passages. The heart can be suitable for more than a hundred years, but only if it is not burdened with unnecessary work; otherwise it begins to weaken prematurely.

The survey also found that smoking is 20% of the causes of various diseases, while 46% are due to not doing any physical exercise. Also, after reviewing the research reports, it was revealed that the use of cold drinks increases the risk of high blood pressure in people by 26% to 70%. Researchers say that consuming sugary drinks reduces the amount of nitric oxide in the body, which increases blood pressure.

How To Control Blood Pressure?

Special medicines are prescribed to control blood pressure. Similarly, blood pressure patients also take many home remedies to keep blood pressure in check, such as eating apples in high blood pressure, regularly drinking lemon juice mixed with water to keep blood pressure under control, and drinking lassi is useful in both high blood pressure and low blood pressure.

In order to prevent blood pressure from rising or falling, it is important to increase the use of exercise and a balanced diet in the daily routine, drink more water, protect them from stress and also keep blood pressure checked regularly for people over the age of 40.

It is better that your diet does not contain a high amount of fat from cholesterol and animal sources.

You don't keep eating everything regardless of your digestive system. As much as possible, food should be avoided as much as you wish. The intestines must get clean and get oxygen. Fish and vegetables are correctly used.
