After 4 years as a laboratory attendant and writing online content, I have gathered a plethora of tips on how to achieve great health.
Junk or unhealthy foods can be extremely harmful to human health, however, not a handful of people know this information while those who know may take it casually due to the taste-appealing characteristics of junk foods. Avoiding processed foods is very essential for maintaining optimal health, you can easily do this by reducing the number of inflammatory foods in your diet plan. According to results that were gathered from research, it has been proven that chronic inflammation is one of the leading causes of death among humans, it can lead to inflammatory-related diseases such as obesity, diabetes, heart diseases, and so on.
This is majorly common in fast-food restaurants, examples of these fried foods include: french fries, fried chicken, onion rings, etc. These restaurants are known to use hydro-generated oil to prepare these foods and this type of oil can inflammation of the blood vessels and the inner lining of the heart. The cells in these blood vessels are also found throughout the central nervous system and they are responsible for the exchange of toxins and nutrients between the nearby tissues and the bloodstream. Completely avoiding this category of food is not advisable because, in as much as it has its adverse effects, there are also some beneficial attributes it contains, the recommended thing to do is to try as much as possible to minimize the way it is consumed to maintain optimal health.
Carbonated drinks or sodas are known to contain very high quantity of sugar and artificial sweeteners, these are some of the things that contributes to body inflammation. It has also been proven that artificial sweeteners are recognized by the human body as toxins and this is stored in the fat tissue which will, in turn, cause and inflammatory response. So it is advisable that you should also try as much as possible to stay away from carbonated drinks, examples of these drinks are majorly sodas.
Examples of foods that are excessively rich in carbohydrates are pastries, white bread, pizza, etc, most of these foods are produced with white flour and they are processed in such a way that most of the fibres, nutrients and other healthy attributes are removed, leaving only the carbohydrates behind. Consuming meals that are highly rich in carbohydrates have been proven to be the leading cause of diabetes as well as stress and inflammation.
Processed meats such as sausages or hot dogs are all produced to be kept over a long period of time and they are preserved with Nitrates (according to research, these Nitrates are simple organic compounds made up of Nitrogen and some oxygen atoms.) After consuming this processed meat, the digestion process will begin and during this, nitrates will lose some oxygen molecule which will, in turn, increase stress in the body and also lead to inflammation. It is also advisable to avoid vegetables such as kale and spinach because when they are cooked with protein, some compounds in them transform into dangerous toxins that can also lead to inflammation.
It is not a hidden fact that after a long day at work, many people prefer to relax their bodies by consuming alcoholic drinks, however, most people have no idea that the consumption of alcohol especially at an excessive rate can cause inflammation in the body and can also lead to so many chronic diseases. Scientists have proven that it accomplishes this by destroying the body cells. Among other adverse effects, alcohol can also cause inflammation of the liver, nausea, bloating, and abnormal digestion of food.
Instead of Unhealthy Foods, Try This Instead
Trying as much as possible to avoid unhealthy and inflammatory foods is one of the best actions you could ever take throughout your entire life because foods that are anti-inflammatory has the ability to help you maintain optimal health as well as a balanced inflammatory response in the body.
