Introduction

Fish is a more satiating protein food than meat, milk, egg, soya, and, cheese. The list will include nuts and seeds, quinoa and mushrooms. Though the amino acid of fish food comes behind that of eggs, nonetheless, the human body tolerates fish more than any other known protein fish food for koi.

Japan is known for preparing every meal with fish as the main ingredient. This account for the longevity of life among the Japanese people. The Okrika Island off the Atlantic Coastline, in the Niger Delta, is a small fishing community. Without fish food, from time immemorially, the people will starve to death.

Fishing Nations and Communities

Great Britain, China, and Japan depend primary on fish as food. This account for the longevity of life among the Japanese people as an example. The Okrika Island off the Atlantic Coastline, in the Niger Delta, is a small fishing community. Without fish food, from time immemorially, the people will starve to death.

Nations and communities which make fish chops as the main meal are always healthy and lives long into old age, without suffering from any heart-related disease. For example, the Meditteranean Diet has fish as a major ingredient. What was the result of eating the meal? Zero heart diseases. So, you have got to eat your fish chop today and every day of the week for life.

The Non-Aging Diet

Dr. Benjamin S. Franklyn has made a thorough study of fish as food. He was a medical doctor, researcher, and scientist. He was worried that the drugs or “chemicals” available for treating certain diseases like cancer, heart diseases, and diabetes mellitus is not yielding the right results. He then began to study nutrition, and make some research on the relation of fish food or fish chop to health. Surprisedly, of all the foods he investigates, he found out that fish foods like “sardines” promotes heart health more than any other food, because of its rich content of nucleic acid. He prefers “tinned sardines” over the other fishes, but advocates we eat a variety of fishes along with sardines daily.

Professor John Yudkin is another medical doctor, researcher, scientist, and nutritionist who advocate fish above any other animal proteins like milk, egg, and cheese. His experiments have yielded many best results. He noted that 25% fish protein compared with that of meat, egg, milk when eaten with any food, yields a calorie that lasts for more than 7-hours. Hence, fish is more sustaining, satiating, and raise the metabolic rate.

Protein is Fundamental

Protein is fundamental, basic and primary food item in a diet. That is what protein means, a primary source of food item in a meal. Fats, carbohydrates fruits, and vegetables are secondary. The best sources are always animals, but fish surpasses all. “A man weighing 65 kg (about 10 stones) has something like 11 kg of protein, 9 kg of fat, and 1 kg of carbohydrates in the body,” says Dr. Yudkin. “This constituent is the natural composition of the body whether he eats or not,” he said further.

In eating food, the protein to ingesting should be varied between 350 g to 500 g. The fat or carbohydrate levels can be constant or varied. And since the fats and carbohydrates are stores of energy, and can be replaced, proteins are not stored. They are used primarily as a vehicle of nourishment, and as energy.

Professor John Yudkin opinion is that a “sort of reserve that helps the body in some way that is not easily detected, such as increasing its resistance to infection.”

His further analysis revealed that bread has 8% protein more than “eating milk, meat, and cheese.” But fish chops yield the higher energy for 7-hours in a chop of meat, milk, and cheese comparison.

A Challenging Experiment

Challenge yourself with the following simple nutrition tests for three days only. After each meal as breakfast, wait for 5 or 6 hours for the satiate text before going for a plate of fruit snacks or launch.

A More satisfying Experience

You can take the tests in any other. But ensure it is your only breakfast foremost. And do not forget to add any of your favorite fruits and vegetables to the diet. You can substitute bread for fried yam or potato on the second or third day.

And in spite of the fact that food nutrients like vitamins, mineral matters, and trace elements in each diet varied to a small degree, you will realize that the breakfast with fish is more satisfying because your metabolic rate and energy level is raised.

Dale, I can confidently say that it is due to the unpleasant taste of the fresh fish. That is why cooks and chef had to add lime or lemon juice to the fresh fish on the go. They even add citrus leaves to the cook. Unlike meat which is flavorful, fish becomes more tasty when simmer and left over night. Thanks for stopping by.

Dale Anderson from The High Seas on July 26, 2020:

Sadly I grew up in a family that did not eat fish at all (except for the traditional Australian dish of fish and chips). I have grown to like fish over the last few years but wish that we had more exposure to them when I was growing up.

I think this article certainly makes a good case for including fish in your diet. I really like flounder talipia, shrimp and many other seafoods, but they are expensive, so we look for seafood on sale.
