Exercise This Love Muscle To Attract Women
I bet you wonder what muscles attract women and probably come up with all kinds of different muscles and I bet none of them are the muscle I am referring too.
Sure different women are attracted to different muscles. Some like big muscular legs and some like big strong shoulders, some like a big thick and wide back and some like a guy with some big guns bursting out of his sleeves.
Of course some like a set of ripped abs. Well the muscle I am going to be talking about is neither of those and not only will working this muscle help to attract women it will indirectly help you to strengthen your core area and give you more strength in almost all of your other exercises when using weights.
Now what muscle could I be talking about that will not only help to attract the opposite sex but help strengthen your core and give you more strength in other weight lifting exercises.
The Muscle Group To Work On
The love muscle I am talking about are your forearms. Never saw that one coming did you?
The forearms are often forgotten about or just plain old ignored among many men that lift weights which is a shame because even if you have huge biceps and triceps if you have skinny forearms you just won’t look as impressive as if you had some muscular forearms.
Now how do your forearm muscles attract women you say? Well when a man puts on a dress shirt and rolls up the sleeves to mid forearm and leaves the shirt un-tucked and has a pair of smoking hot jeans and a big boy pair of shoes on he will always attract more attention if his forearms are a bit muscular versus a couple of twigs shooting out of his sleeves.
The muscular forearms are hinting that there is more hidden under the shirt and the skinny twigs are saying there really isn’t anything special under this shirt unless you are into skinny soft guys.
The "Science" Behind The Muscle
How do I know this you ask?
Two reasons actually, the first reason I know is because I have spent quite a bit of time trying to learn how and what attracts women to men, reading books, watching videos, listening to audio books by all the guru’s and so forth.
I also asked a few close female friends about everything I could think of when I was trying to learn as much as I could about what a woman reacts to when it comes to men. I also spent a long time applying and trying everything I learned. Some stuff worked great and some stuff did not.
Once I found out what worked best for me I stuck to it and improved on it and had great success. Now I want to share with you.
How to perform the Farmers walk on video
The Magic Bullet Exercise is The Farmers Walk
Now on to what we are here for, I have one exercise for you to perform with dumbbells twice a week that will help your twigs grow. This exercise will also help your core get stronger and that combined with your increased forearm strength will give you more strength overall to help you with other heavy lifts.
Meaning you will benefit all over because of this one exercise.
Not to mention your newly muscular forearms will help to get some interest going with the ladies when you show them off.
The exercise I love and that works so great for this muscle is the farmers walk. The farmers walk is a very simple and easy exercise that has maximum benefits and results. The farmers walk is best performed using dumbbells so that is how I am going to explain it today.
How To Perform The Farmers Walk
Basically what you do is grab a pair of dumbbells and walk with them.
That is it. They key is to walk holding onto them for as long as you can until you cannot hold onto them anymore, so until your grip gives out.
- Make sure you have a good pair of sneakers on that will not slip on the ground.
- When walking make sure your shoulders are back and hold the dumbbells at arm’s length at your sides.
- For each workout do 3 sets and use a moderate weight so you can walk at least forty or fifty feet.
- Increase the weight each set and the next time you workout try to increase the weight on your last set or increase the amount of time you are able to hold onto the weight.
- This exercise works your core area when you are walking because your body is working on stabilizing itself while you walk and lift each leg off the ground.
- Now if you want to grab the dumbbells and just stand there until your grip starts to give out you can definitely do that as well. Your core area just won’t benefit like it would if you were walking.
That is it, so grab a couple of dumbbells and start working your forearms until they are busting out of your shirt just like Popeye.

Love the hub, especially the reference to "big boy shoes." That's too funny. What can i say, I like big feet.

Cheers for the informative hub. Forearms are always forgotten by us men.

The forearms are the first thing I look at on a man. There is nothing more seductive than strong forearms. I don't know why, but I've talked to other women who feel the same way. I'm sure there is some primal reason

Interesting hub. I'll admit, I had to read this one just to see what muscle you were talking about that attracted women. While I should already know the answer, or have a clue, I wanted to find out what muscle you might assume attracted women. I usually assume I like well toned, muscular guys who aren't all that big, but in the end it is the way the guy carries himself, and his level of confidence. Big muscles on an insecure guy aren't going to do it for most of us. Interesting hub, and probably has some stuff women can use too. I'll follow. (: v

Hi hypnodude yes I agree regarding bigger back bigger arms etc. Not sure what happened but you are right it was mixed up, I must have been up past my bedtime putting this one together lol.
Thanks for rating me up bro.
Andrew from Italy on May 14, 2010:
Very interesting, concise yet well written and useful. I'd also add that if you have big forearms also your arms will be big as well. Like if you have a big back you'll also have big arms. I don't know if it's my browser fault but it seems that the hub has been mixed up. Rated up!
