Be Aware of what is going on around you, But do not be a part of it
In Physics it has been proved that the observor changes the observed.
Being aware of what is going on around us is so important at the moment, getting involved in it when it is not compatible with our inner state is not. If you engage a detached awareness to what is occuring and then stay with your own experience of the beauty of life, your loving relationships, the simple joys in life, the abundance all around us then this is what you are energising and projecting out into the world.
And some may ask how can you be totally aware of what is going on and not join in with the energy of it, not be pulled into it, not be controlled by it. Meditation is one of the great free ways of building your own mastery where you can heal your inner state to joy and gratitude just by putting aside 20 minutes a day. During the rest of the day you can then be in action in your life in a much more masterful way and productive way in building the energy we need to have a beautiful new world of community living.
Negative emotions vibrate on a lower frequency
Another way is to begin using processing techniques to clear the constant urge to align with the negative possibilities instead of the positive.
There are many good processing techniques available. At the moment in the so called awake and aware movement those who truly understand the energetic implications are shadowed by those who keep constantly projecting out the negative impulses on an energetic level, igniting others also to carry this on.
They say that the positive energy will always overpower the negative but this on a physics level is still dragging back the levels which are being reached on the planet.
The difference is between being aware of what is going on around us in the world and being negatively emotionally involved with it which can be either rage, fear, anger, resentment – they all vibrate on really low frequencies.
And yes the timing is of utmost importance, there will come a time when it will be too late to concentrate on the personal inner healing and then people will stay in the vibration that they have created around them.
There are no victims, just volunteers
There is , at the moment, still time to realise that there are no victims just volunteers to the frequency, perception and understanding that we all personally carry.
Personally, I will carry on giving out the solutions to people alongside the awareness of what is going on in the so called “world” so that more people take back their complete responsibility for being here at this time and being part of the grand finale of our evolution and again know who they truly are.
Right now, the inner healing is the most important thing to concentrate on for those who have not done this whilst the awareness of the world around us is taken in by your mental awareness.
We still have a lot of people who are not in place in the healing of our community because they are still rallying the call that others are in power and promoting others to fight and resist them!!!!
There is no one to fight or resist once you acknowledge your own true power and that if you keep projecting out the “fighting and resisting” call then you are attracting more and more of this towards you.
Read the words of the old sanskrit greeting Namaste and see whether you can say this to yourself with honesty and respect, then you maybe able to understand those that greet others with this blessing.
"I honour the place in you in which the whole universe dwells. I honour the place in you which is of love, of truth, of light and of peace. When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me - We are One"
The understandings of the calm inner higher being that Namaste addresses are in everyone. What ever anyone does or says it is always possible to address the higher part in them. We are all one.

I agree that it's important to be conscious of where we focus our thoughts and attention. I've always loved the sentiment expressed in Nameste' the ancient Sanskrit blessing that reaches out to the higher self in ourselves and others.
Voted up, useful, beautiful, awesome and interesting.
