It is a fact that nobody understands or knows about your body and physique better than you. You are the first to witness when you see any changes or shifts in your physical health. The minor transitions in physical appearance you might not think important can be attention-paying. These changes are maybe a sign that your body is not healthy as it should be. Take caution if something unusual happens to your body. But it does not mean to become a health-obsessed person who starts living with the fear that they have a severe medical condition that requires sudden treatment. Sometimes aches and pains are just because of tiredness but never let health issues go unchecked.

1. Dark circles
Dark circles under the eyes are one of the signs of declining health. Dark circles demonstrate that a person is not having a night of adequate sleep. Although dark circles and sunken eyes can be genetic, they can also be an indication of more severe issues, including anemia and dehydration. If your body isn’t obtaining the water it requires, the skin underneath your eyes gets shadier, and your eyes seem concave. Additional symptoms of dehydration include reduced urine output, dry mouth, boredom, and exhaustion.
2. Eyebrow loss
Full-bodied eyebrows are not only trendy but also an effective indicator of your health. It's true that not everyone is born with wide, dark eyebrows, and the falling of some eyebrow hairs is nothing to be disturbed about. But it is to be taken seriously if there are hairless patches or a complete eyebrow loss. Madarosis is a sign of severe fitness issues. These contain dermatological infections, specific skin diseases, hormonal imbalance, or an overactive immune system. It can also indicates extreme or inadequate levels of thyroid activity.
3. Hair loss
On average, a person sheds about 100 to 120 strands of hair, each day. The hair growth process consists of different phases; one of which is the active hair growth phase, in which each hair follicle is supplied with the blood, and this phase lasts about two to seven years. After the end of the active growth phase, the hair enters a resting phase, where there is zero blood supply. The resting stage lasts about two to three months. At present, about 80% to 90% of your hair is growing while the remaining hair in the resting period falls. No matter that genetics, and aging are some significant factors behind hair loss, if you start to notice a sudden loss of hair, it is time to take action. Several disorders and diseases can affect the hair growth cycle. Some of them include particular autoimmune diseases, anemia, thyroid disorders, and polycystic ovary syndrome in females.
4. Nail dystrophy
Every person is aware of the shape and color of healthy nails, so if you notice any immediate transition in color or structure of nails, do not leave it unchecked. Several gastrointestinal tracts, liver disorders, and some fungal infections cause yellowing of the nails. Decreased iron levels and anemia are often indicated by thinning of nails. A lack of copper, zinc and iodine can generate white marks and stripes. The reasons behind easily breakable or brittle nails are lack of vitamins, iron, calcium, and beta-carotene.
5. Leg pain
Leg pain after a long walk is rather common. But if you encounter leg pain after a long drive, it needs your attention. Specifically, when there is any redness, swelling, or warmness to the touch. The condition may be a sign of deep vein thrombosis or DVT, which is a disorder; in which clots of blood form in one of the deep veins of the body, especially in the leg area. Most often, this appears after being unmoving or sitting down for a long period of time. Some factors like pregnancy, smoking, hormone imbalance, or recent surgery increase the chance of having DVT.
6. Abdominal pain and cramps
People do not take abdominal pain seriously most often. Never ignore any type of severe twitches, cramps, or abdominal pain. A lot of people usually relate these symptoms with stress, irritable bowel syndrome, or lactose intolerance mistakenly. But that’s maybe an indication of Crohn’s disease, that is an inflammatory bowel disease; IBD. Periodic cramps, abdominal pain, chronic joint pain, and diarrhea, are all indicative symptoms of Crohn’s disease.
7. Unintentional weight loss
It is not a thing to be happy about if your weight decreases without following a specific diet plan or doing any kind of hard exercise, but it may be a serious thing to get noticed. Pay attention to sudden fluctuation in your weight unless, after a change in food or exercise. Weight loss can have multiple reasons, such as depression, type 1 diabetes, or even cancer. It is usually a mixture of reasons that result in the general fall of physical health. Any of these transformations in your body tell you that something is wrong, so don’t ignore it.
8. Foot deformities
Some people are born with disfigurements or misalignments of the feet, but usually, they can be developed over time. One of the most common factors is wearing the wrong shoes. Foot deformities can also result from brain injury or stroke. But there may be some risky causes, which include being overweight, inflammation, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. Foot deformities cause pain in the knees, hips, back, and head. They are also inconvenient to have.
Snoring is an unintentional habit many people have. Some people snore too loud, and it causes annoyance to their bedmate or roommate. It's not a serious condition to take tension about, but loud snoring is something problematic. It may be because of various fitness issues such as obstructive sleep apnea — a stoppage in upper airways during sleeping — or complications in your nose that can block your airways, such as a turned septum or nasal polyps.
10. Constant cough
Seasonal cough is not dangerous, but a cough that does not disappear in a few days may be a sign of some serious issues. It’s a difficult task to identify the actual problem initiating a chronic cough. The most typical reasons are asthma and sinus issues. Regular cough can also be a sign of lung cancer. Various studies show that a constant cough usually vanishes once the major problem is identified and treated.
11. Dry heels
The dry heel is a common problem experienced by many people. The deficiency of some necessary vitamins, including vitamin A and E, causes the skin of feet to become dry and cracked. A certain kind of fungal infection also affects the skin of the feet by making it dry and toenails yellow. If the issue continues after proper supervision and vitamin intake, it may be because of endocrine disturbances.
Constant changes and numerous signs suggest that something is too harmful to be worried about and needs serious actions. Never ignore sudden changes in your body by just wishing the changes will go away. Nothing can be correct on its own. It’s better to be secure than sorry, so consult a physician and tell them your problems. Stay healthy, stay safe.
