Mix one tablespoon of raw honey, apple cider vinegar, and three gloves of raw ginger into one glass of warm water and take it almost three times a day to get rid of sinus infection. And if you’re afraid of bad breath due to the presence of ginger slices, then use one tablespoon of honey and two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar by adding into warm water to prevent sinusitis.

Horseradish:

Horseradish is one of the best treatment methods to avoid sinus infections in adults. It is one of the most effective ingredients to discharge mucus from nasal cavities. Put a pinch of grated horseradish into the mouth, and you have to uphold it in your mouth till the flavor disappears. After that, you can engulf it. You have to use it three times a day for about one week to see the improvement.

Steam:

Steam or inhalation therapy is one of the most popular home remedies to treat sinus infections. Steam is a natural expectorant to stop blockage of nasal cavities and throat. As it also moisturizes the respiratory tract or nasal passages to avoid bacterial or fungal infections. Take one glass of water and stew it. Now you have to add few drops of peppermint oil into boiling water. After doing that, immediately inhale the steam.

But, for children, it is not recommended because of burns. And it is also not recommended to people who have high blood pressure, heart diseases, and pregnant women. And for those who have central nervous system disorders.
