It was really refreshing your tension. In the early morning chirping of birds is also heard. So early riser has many advantages. And you have completed you work first because early riser has enough time to work. So the habit of early rising is the source of health and mind.

1. Eating healthy food:

If you want to keep your body and health good all the time, you have to eat good food. Such as fruits, vegetables, nuts. Vegetables are very beneficial for our body. Because it increases our body's resistance to disease and keeps the body healthy. So you have to eat more vegetables and fruits. Adults should eat the same amount of food every day. You can always improve the amount of fruits and vegetables by including vegetables in your diet. And you can eat fruit as an extra meal. So if you want to keep good health like this
