The best way to eat almonds is to eat them for breakfast. After soaking overnight, the shelled almonds can be consumed even after waking up the next morning. But remember, avoid taking too much of them otherwise it will start affecting your weight too.



Apricots are called khubani. Dried apricots are very good for eyes, they contain beta carotene which helps in reducing eye aging. Nutrients like zinc, copper, vitamin C and vitamin E are also found in apricots.
