Disconnect and Declutter to Rebuild

Philosophy vlogger, painter, poetry writer, dog lover. I write for my self, i'm happy to share it with you.

Find peace into the unknown

Find peace into the unknown

Whenever you feel like things are getting harder to undo
Intrusive detrimental thoughts simultaneously popping
you start sweating afraid of your own mind
And or

" You Fear of being Fear "

Whenever you encounter a downpour-
The problems in your head
YOU RUN

And that because you fear of

your own mind
you hop over social media
And settled your exhaust body on the couch trying your best to entertain

your suffocating thoughts as possible as you can -
That's how you bandage your shattered problems

While it helps for an hour
and by doing this habits

for the long run instead of addressing the real problem
You get so distracted on what you should be doing
Which is

- Facing the real Problem -

If everything around you doesn't seem helpful and your own false stifling thoughts troubled you over and over again

watching news and

the worlds sufferings and odds will probably harm you every

second of every breath

This could be the right time

For you to disconnect

To disconnect your self from everything
will be hard so as to declutter the thoughts

but surely
When you get back in life
your productivity will improve, reduced stress
And more peace of mind
just to name a few

And remember you're on the driver's sit
You are the decision maker.

If you suffer, it is because of you.

If you feel blissful, it is because of you.

Nobody else is responsible, only you and you alone.

You are your hell and your heaven

Too.

_ Osho

To disconnect from social media
To disconnect from work
To fully disconnect to

the worlds uncertainties
And face your problems-
far away from noise where

you can think and hear nothing
But an exhaust beating heart

Where birds are singing

for you while you're standing firm

and asking your self

about everything why am I feeling this? why same problems are on repeat?

What makes me feel this way?

What should I do?

Know them all

and name them all

Then calmly you start recognizing the real problems
you've realized-
Solving and facing all the uncertainties and all those troubling thoughts is not hard to undo at all

that all these are just so simple and common problems

it was just your thoughts who make things so complicated

So next time whenever the storm or your monsoon blues-- seasonal self conflict
is aggressively perceiving don't run!

Find peace disconnect and start decluttering your entire thoughts and rebuild it slowly.

So again, I'm no one's personal psychologist
The arguments and simple explanation that is mentioned above is based on my own personal Sentiment and or point of view.
Hopefully the message make sense.

To those out there who can run into the unknown places to find peace, nowadays and in my situation I'm telling you you are so so blessed. Well I'm not going to cry.

Your thoughts definitely make sense.

Social media is just to distract for few moments, and watching the news, only increases the negativity.

It’s important to de clutter and disconnect, at times, for our mental health. I do it by going for a walk along the greens. Watching the flowers, trees, birds, butterflies definitely helps to de stress. Another trick is to keep ourselves busy in some creative activities.

Thank you for sharing this useful article.
