Many people nowadays complain that they get very tired after work or that the excitement and strength in the morning does not last till the end of the day. In this stressful life, it is natural to put stress on the body by working hard both physically and mentally, but if you are getting tired every day, it can be related to wrong diet.

Everything in the day depends on how you eat and at the right time. Dietary habits of people who are constantly tired are found to be very strange. Either the diet is not nutritious, there is a lot of distance between the two meals, not drinking water properly. The body gets tired quickly for one reason or another. Food gives energy to the body. On the strength of this energy, our internal organs and our body function smoothly. This work requires constant energy. Therefore, if you eat once in the morning, you will have dinner at night. Doing so reduces the energy required by the body in the meanwhile and leads to natural fatigue. So the day should always start with a nutritious breakfast.

In the morning, breakfast should be taken in about 2 to 3 hours after waking up. Eating only tea - biscuits or bakery food for breakfast cannot be called a nutritious breakfast, as bakery food contains only flour, sugar and fats. Therefore, the energy obtained from such breakfast is not enough for the body. Breakfast is a very important meal, it can either make or break your day. Breakfast items can be selected from a variety of options such as milk, egg, vegetable and fruits.

Many are currently working from home. Even at home, the workload has not diminished. Many people forget to eat on time even though they are at home due to work. After that they eat something quickly at 3-4 in the afternoon. Doing so impairs our daily digestion. Eating so late often leads to overeating or starvation. This makes many people feel more tired in the afternoon. Sleep starts and then tea or coffee is consumed continuously to wake up. Then problems like burning, nausea, loss of appetite arise. Therefore, lunch should be served within 4 to 5 hours after breakfast. This means that your digestive system keeps working smoothly.

Make sure your body gets plenty of protein, carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals from both lunch and dinner. That is, include wheat, rice, sorghum, non-vegetarian foods, milk, dairy products, all kinds of fruits and vegetables and their products in the regular diet.

People who eat on time, usually between 12 and 2 in the afternoon, should have fruit or a light snack around 5 o'clock. Because if you want to have dinner at 8 o'clock, you feel tired in the evening after taking a 7-hour break from 1 pm to 8 pm; But for this 5 o'clock hunger, many people prefer to eat bread, burgers or similar junk food and the consumption of these foods leads to laziness quickly. So focus on eating healthy foods. Note that dinner will be served two hours before bedtime. The habit of eating at 11-12 o'clock at night is very wrong, so make it a habit of the body to eat early and go to bed early. Digestion is impaired if you go to bed immediately after eating. There is no restful sleep, and sleep deprivation worsens the next day. Therefore, if you take a light and nutritious diet every 4-5 hours, you will definitely be able to get rid of the daily fatigue, and if you consume water and fluids from time to time, the water level in the body will not decrease. Regular exercise also helps maintain energy in the body for a long time. So combine diet and exercise to relieve fatigue.
