What is Blood Pressure?

It is the force that keeps your blood flowing throughout the body and thus provides food and oxygen to all the cells in the body. This force is generated by the pumping process of your heart. The blood pressure of all humans is also decreasing. Blood pressure also increases whenever you are under mental or physical stress.

It is also enhanced by enthusiasm and exercise. It decreases when you are in a state of rest or fall asleep. Often, your blood pressure is at your normal level, depending on your age. The younger the age, the lower the blood pressure.

When your blood pressure rises and increases all the time, it is called high blood pressure (hypertension).

Symptoms of Hypertension:

The symptoms of mild and medium hypertension have not appeared for years. The first sign of this is expressed in the form of pain in the back of the head and neck when it wakes up in the morning, which also disappears quickly. Other symptoms include headaches; arm, shoulder, leg, and back pain; sharp heart rate; chest pain; over-urination; nervous stress; fatigue; health problems; emotional chaos; fatigue; and insomnia.

Causes of Hypertension:

The most important causes of hypertension are mental and emotional stress and a bad lifestyle. People suffering from mental cramps usually have high blood pressure disorders. If this cramp lasts longer, the pressure will increase permanently. Whether the cramps are mild or severe, after that, the pressure does not decrease. Irregular lifestyle, smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, tea, coffee, cola drinks, flour products, and other artificially prepared foods all harm the body's natural functions, increasing the likelihood of high blood pressure.

Why is My Blood Pressure High?

Nothing can be said about it for sure. In 10% of cases, it is the result of an internal disease, such as kidney pain or disease. Three things cause blood pressure to rise:

(1) when the amount or volume of blood increases as a result of an abundance of water and salt.

(2) When the arteries carrying blood from the heart to all parts of the body become stiff and narrow.

(3) When the heart pumps blood very fast and hard.

Why is High Blood Pressure Concerned That Doesn't Feel

You don't feel it, but it causes slow damage to the body parts inside, so high blood pressure is called a "silent killer." If it is not brought under control, there are serious consequences. High blood pressure causes arteries to harden. The accumulation of fatty ingredients on the walls makes them stiff.

The reasons given below increase the risk of high blood pressure.

1. Hereditary Effects

Observations indicate that hereditary effects are the cause.

If your parents, brothers or sisters have high blood pressure, you may also suffer from it.

2. Eating More Salt

The sodium added to salt increases the blood volume by accumulating more water in the blood. This causes many people to suffer from high blood pressure.

If you are fat, your heart will have to work harder while walking.

Excess fat will freeze inside your arteries and make them stiff and tight.

4. More Stress

Blood pressure increases periodically in cases of anger, enthusiasm, and stress, so these infections can daily lead to two or four people becoming high blood pressure patients.

How to Check Blood Pressure?


A rubber belt is wrapped around your arm and filled with air until its pressure causes blood to stop in the arm. When this air is released slowly, the first sound of the heart during this time is your infarction, that is, increased blood pressure. When high air pressure is released, the blood circulation becomes normal and the sound stops. It is your less blood pressure.

Can the Risk of High Blood Pressure be Reduced?

Yes, the risk of high blood pressure can be reduced by changing the way you live, eat, and drink. You can't treat hereditary effects, but you can be careful in such a situation.

1. Slim Down

Lose weight by exercising moderately and including exercise in your diet by detecting your standard weight.

2. Eat less Grease

Consume as little frozen grease and high cholesterol foods as possible. This way, you will keep your weight under control as well as protect against the risk of high fat clotting in the arteries.

3. Exercise Regularly

Exercise reduces weight and also strengthens the heart. Exercise not only provides relief and comfort, but also relieves stress and tension.

4. Eat Less Salt.

While cooking, add less salt and sugar. Add lemon, tamarind, ginger, chilli, sesame oil, coriander, mint, and spices for fun and taste. Do not pour salt from the top into the food on top of the handicrafts. Remember, tomato sauce, pickles, etc. also contain a lot of salt. Avoid canned, i.e., cooked prepared foods, which also contain a lot of salt.

Always eat home-made food. This way, you will eat fresh food and also be able to control the amount of salt.

5. Sleep Well

Do some things that are soothing every day; that is, good and good. Get a full night's sleep; that's how you'll stay fresh. Check your blood pressure at least once every six months. The sooner it is detected, the easier it will be to control it with proper planning and treatment.
