What We "Know" About Covid-19 May Sum Up to a Little
My regular readers didn't have to be particularly observant to notice how I am a freak for logical reasoning -- simply because I have claimed that about myself a few times. Not prone to paranoia, and not a skeptic by habit -- but my intuitive sensors often detect a rat in some public claims, sending an alarm signal to my logicalness to process it.
It hardly ever results with a tendency towards conspiracy theorizing, but I love to keep my mind open. And that's all I am asking of the reader this time -- to keep their mind open throughout reading this post, without seeing just another of many existing conspiracy theories surrounding this pandemic of Covid-19.
For starters, let us agree over one thing:
Whatever we seem to "know" about Covid-19 originates from the World Health Organization and their only tool, the media -- both with a reputation of not handling outbreaks of infections in one consistent, or even deserving way.
Namely, a decade ago, that Swine flu killed 575,000 people worldwide during the first year, and even though it was promptly proclaimed as a pandemic, none of the present preventative measures were suggested at that time by the WHO, while the media didn't make of it anything compared to this fear mongering over Covid-19.
Why? It's one thing to need a time to come up with an effective vaccine, but social distancing, washing hands, and face covering are not some sophisticated idea hard to hit upon, and yet it was not suggested or enforced through governments.
Then we come to the question of credibility of all this information that is being fed to us about this present pandemic. I don't know about you, but I can't help wondering why some independent virologists are being ignored while they don't agree with much of that information.
I mean, none of them are some cheap conspiracy theorists hunting for a multitude of views on their videos, but serious scientists who simply can't stand to stay silent.
Maybe we should start with the testing, which, according to those lonely, and often suppressed voices, are not one bit reliable. Listen to this one if you will. My son, who works at school, along with a few other individuals recently got in contact with a person working there who was showing the "symptoms", so the whole group was ordered to be tested for coronavirus.
The nurse who did the testing smilingly told my son how that test was "only 30% accurate".
Thirty percent accurate?! So, why bother testing? And how many people worldwide got pronounced "positive" -- while, allegedly, the health authorities don't even know what the hell they are really testing for. Like, for an example, those who took a flu shot in the past are likely to test positive for coronavirus.
And then we got those 370,000 yearly deaths caused by doctors in the US alone -- imagine how many of those have been "diagnosed" as Covid-19 deaths, just for an easy cover up.
Plus, it seems like nobody is anymore dying from a regular flu, which, by the way, kills some 650,000 people worldwide each flu season. And many a common cold case, bronchitis, pneumonia, or allergy must have been added to the count of those "infected by Covid-19", just because few of those conditions share same symptoms, and there is no reliable test to make a difference for diagnosing.
Somewhat unrelated to the theme at hand, but while we are talking about symptoms and diagnosing, some years back my wife had a nasty cough and persistent headaches. She was first diagnosed with whooping cough, then bronchitis, and luckily they finally guessed that it was temporal arthritis, with markers so high that she almost went blind.
She had to be put on high doses of prednisone for over a year, with some nasty side effects, physical and emotional -- all due to a too late diagnosis.
That didn't make me generalize about the whole medical profession because some doctors make mistake now and then. However, I wanted to merely hint at doctors' experimenting in their practice, somewhat suggesting how this whole thing with viruses oftentimes amounts to a little more than a guessing game.
Is there any point in public debate in a society where hardly anyone has been taught how to think, while millions have been taught what to think.

Something From the Playground of the Super-Rich?
For the longest time during this whole episode coronavirus was not officially considered airborne, and wearing masks was optional. Can you believe that it took whole 5 months to those lab wizards in WHO to suddenly discover that it is airborne? Of course, if it really is, because by more than one explanation of this whole circus -- fear has to be maintained in the public, and proclaiming the virus as airborne enormously adds to that effect.
Think about it. We don't have to be pathologists to see it as an easy task to determine if a bug is airborne or not. You get yourself a specimen of it, and then you check the air around it for its presence -- that's it.
So that now, starting two days ago, we in Canada got it mandatory to wear masks in any indoor public spaces -- after the report had already come so encouraging, that "we are doing very well, with new infections rapidly declining".
Have you ever watched a movie with a fictional story in it, when somebody in the room said: "You know, things like that do happen in real life." Well, I feel like that person while reading about this particular conspiracy theory about Bill Gates and few others in that influential group with huge investments in Big Pharma -- pulling some strings at WHO to create a monstrous image of Covid-19 with help of the media as the instrument of fear mongering.
It would be a plan with an apparent agenda to "save the world with their vaccine" and make a financial killing (pun not intended) out of that venture. And, while such a "frantic effort to come up with a vaccine" is allegedly on the way, I see something in it that appears inconsistent with the nature of viruses themselves.
Namely, viruses are well known to mutate, so whatever vaccine may be discovered, it may not protect us as soon as Covid-19 chooses to mutate. Doesn't it sound logical enough to you?
There is another of those "fictional movies" that has a potential to make me say: "You know, things like that do happen in real life." In that movie, the main character, Covid-19, is no more dangerous than any of viruses that we have dealt with so far.
Like that yearly flu virus, which "normally" kills those 650,000 people, while nobody bothers reporting about it, no masks are worn, life goes on as usual, and people cough as usual, and die as usual.
So, while for a moment carried away by the suspense of that movie, I would start questioning all the hype, maybe giving some weight to the idea of a massive fear mongering being necessary to enhance the deadly effects of this, otherwise ordinary virus.
I am not afraid of death; I just don't want to be there when it happens.

Prolonged Negative Emotions Can Kill -- Without a Virus Doing Much
Indeed, what if that holistic psychiatrist Dr. Kelly Brogan was right when she dared to contend that "people are not dying from a virus, but from fear of attracting it." She got promptly discredited as a "cultist", ridiculed and ignored by the mainstream media.
A fate that also befell that fine scholar Dr. Norman Finkelstein who lost his job at the university because he dared to criticize Israel's treatment of Palestinians. A clear lesson to be drawn out of both cases, that would metaphorically go something like this:
No matter how good a dancer you may be, sooner of later you are bound to step on someone's toes -- with you ending up as the one saying "Ouch!"
We don't have to believe Dr. Brogan, although, when we really think of it, any other information we are being fed doesn't really hold water either. At least, her theory is strongly supported by principles of psycho-immunology, because, if we took it for a household truism that "stress kills" -- why go doubtful about the detrimental effects of a prolonged fear.
Just think of all those highly suggestible folks who are in habit of believing everything they hear and see on their TV. I am not making them up -- you know from the political circus how many folks are virtually fanatics. So, what happens when such people totally believe in an invisible enemy "that can get them at any moment" -- day after day tormenting themselves with that fear?
Think also about the incidents of suicides being on the rise these days.
And with all those thoughts, is it really hard to believe how that constant bombardment by authorities destroys the immune system of such folks, so that ANY bug, big or small, can kill them?
I can see particularly those older folks tired of life, possibly neglected by families, and for years feeling useless in society after they retired from work, which used to give some purpose, and some pride to their life.
Along with those younger ones with a genetic predisposition for something deadly, whose biology was just waiting for a major stress to activate those genes. And I am talking about genes that can shut down our immune system.
Could we go as far as imagine that such "potentially" high risk young people would have kept living, if it hadn't been for the sudden shock of social deprivation, negative, paranoid vibes emanating from everyone around, nervousness and lack of fun that used to keep their biology above the water.
We might even choose to give a little thought to the very nature of a virus. Unlike bacteria, fungi, or a garden variety of other pathogens of parasitic kind -- viruses are sub-microscopic, tiny agents carrying information which clashes with information of our DNA, causing trouble.
So, if virus is virtually "information", and immune system is just an outgrowth of our nervous system, that negative crap from the media hijacking our nervous system provides a perfect playground for a virus.
Now, feel free to take it as my own wild, intuitive speculation, but, viruses are not "transferred" as microorganisms, they are picked up as frequencies from animals or other infected people, and then the body creates them into something material. That's why antibiotics don't work on them -- they work only on microbes, not on "something" that is mostly carrier of information. That's what I would call "body's negative vibrational resonance with environment". When our positive vibes are not strong enough, we resonate with crap from the outside.
If that could serve as anything like a "proof" to my theory, the national mentality of Swedish folks could be labeled as very emotionally stable -- and they got comparatively ridiculously low incidents of Covid-19, despite their very light preventative social measures.
We are literally making ourselves sick by facilitating a living environment for that "viral information" with constant fear, worry, paranoia, social isolation, and spying on every sneeze and sniffle.Or by our "regular" negative mindset.
As for that much dreaded problem with breathing, many anxious people have experienced a stiff diaphragm -- that muscle that does the breathing movement -- so they find it hard to inhale completely, their breath being shallow and even missing a steady rhythm.
Well, nothing of what Dr. Brogan says will mean anything to you if you prefer that mechanistic model of human functioning, involving no mind, but only some microbial or toxic agents which have power to disrupt our health.
As for me, I happen to be a nut who believes, along with the so called "progressive medicine" that our body is only another aspect of our mind. So, don't mind me when I see everything of what the World Health Organization and the media are doing as a psychological warfare against humanity with some tragic results.
Again, they failed in every previous pandemic to make such big deal of it. Why now?
Why do we have to keep receiving reports about those "millions of testing positive" worldwide, and those dying -- whose number doesn't exceed previous pandemics when tests were more accurate? You see what I mean?
Whoever controls the media, controls the mind.

Deceiving in One Area -- Deceiving in All Areas
Talking specifically about the role of the media in all this mess, I can't not to bring to your attention their reputation of contradicting and exaggerating for the effect of sensationalism. Mostly obvious in political arena of affairs, they may truly go ridiculous with misinformation and their divided interests in those matters.
Like, I don't remember so much pro-and-con crap ever being so pronounced as in case with Donald Trump.
What appears most shocking in media's reports is that they all sound so convincing, even when they are in total opposition with some other reports that sound equally true.
From those pearls among news that "Trump is destroying the country", to those that "Trump is a godsend to America" -- and everything in between. In one moment he is extremely trusted when he calls himself a "very stable genius", and "nobody knows about economy more than he does" -- only to be completely debunked with an image of a "narcissist idiot with an adolescent way of talking, with frequent and immature temper tantrums, prone to false claims and exaggerating superlatives".
Should I continue with these examples to give you a picture of those same sources of information from which we keep hearing about corona pandemic? We are talking about a news establishment that regularly sells alarming stories, appealing to insecure and paranoid masses for their high ratings.
So, if they are "normally" insisting on juicy stories about political figures, natural disaster, rape, arson, stabbing and shooting, and alike -- what do we expect to hear about this corona bug?
If there are these two distinct camps of the media being paid, or being owned by two opposite political camps, couldn't we assume that "somebody" is using them just as well for spreading that "deadly virus of fear"?
People can be brainwashed into dying -- ask any shrink, any neurologist, any psycho-immunologist, you don't have to take my word for it.
O.K., as always with this kind of thought challenging articles, it's my duty to mention that golden rule: to each their own, so yours is the final word in this matter. I just wanted to share my own views, but even if you agree with most of it -- keep those good preventive practices. I am doing the same, we have to obey the social order, regardless of how we may feel about it.
For one, I feel awfully silly with a mask on my face, but it's O.K. Being a self-styled individualist, I have felt silly doing many senseless things that are a social norm or even a ritual. Some day soon this tiny critter will expire, and it will all be just another trophy in the manipulators' growing collection.
For my finishing words, I am aware that some parts of this post may contain what would look like elements of a conspiracy theory. Let me be clear about it -- I don't contend that any of that is an ironclad fact, as I don't have any evidence to make it look that way.
Truth about this pandemic may stay a mystery, so those are simply my thoughts that intuitively feel logical to me, and my mind is allowing the possibility -- if not probability -- of their being correct. Well, I am not easily brainwashable, so my thoughts oftentimes go against the consensus -- which makes them look wrong in the eyes of those to whom consensus is as good as a gospel.

Ian -- You are right. And it was so predictable that this "new wave" would be announced as soon as summer was over. Just watch, how some new virus will hit the world as soon as the vaccine is "found" and paid for with some billions of dollars. If I was a conspiracy theorist I might call this new business a "legalized biological warfare".
First, "covid-19 was ONLY deadly for seniors". Then it needed a reinforced and new selling strategy with moving the age group down to those 50-60. Predictably, now we hear about kids being in equal danger.
First it was "not airborne", masks were not mandatory, only a constant washing of hands and distancing. Then it somehow "became" airborne.
Now every sneeze and sniffle means covid-19, and every death is one caused by covid-19.
In the US alone, some 350,000 people are dying YEARLY due to medical and pharmaceutical screwups. Now "corona" has killed less than that number. Makes you wonder, how many of those medical screwup cases are ascribed to corona deaths.
It's all one big mystery, but not a convincing one, much more like a buildup of the mankind's need for a very expensive vaccine.
By the way, did you know that producers of vaccines are not legally liable for any adverse reactions?

You may hear reports like "all of the high school football team tested positive for Covid". You never hear follow up reports like they were tested again and previous tests were false positives or none of them showed signs,or are sick and none of them have been hospitalized.

Devika -- Well, all pandemics have a history of expiring on their own, and this one shouldn't be any different -- vaccine or not. Besides, viruses do mutate, you know, and any vaccine good for this virus may not be good for the next strain of it.
In my own opinion, expressed in this hub, this world has to stop being so stupid and negative, and then, who knows -- on some invisible levels we might also become a healthier, more resilient species.

Hi Val COVID is not controlled as well in many countries. In Croatia it seems fine and well in control. The problem is outsiders are coming here and spreading the virus. I understand your point here and I hope this pandemic is controlled by a vaccine soon.
