Buy Exercise Muscle Posters Online

As a certified personal trainer, I often coach my clients that we have 640 muscles in our body. The human body is one of the most complex - if not THE most remarkable machines in the world. And yet, the human body in all shapes and forms IF we move is beautiful. Note, I put a caveat on that statement. The human body was design to move. Planes that do not fly get old and rusty looking. Similarly with cars. Garden that are not cared for quickly turn from beds of beauty to weed beds. Exercise posters help motivate us. Knowledge about our body helps motivate us and exercise posters that celebrate and showcase the many muscles of our body belong in every gym - from private to public to yes even your home gym. Join as we review many options available to purchase muscles of the human body.

Why Human Muscles? How the Muscles Protect the Knees

Our body is a fine race car, it is meant to move. If you hurt, the best thing you can do is move. Arthritis research has proven this to be true. Remember muscles protect us. Your knees hurt if the knee joint is not protected by muscle. Not walking, not exercising causes your muscles to weaken and places greater stress upon your knee joint.

Our heart loves movement. If we train ourselves and get an adequate amount of exercise, our heart responds by operating more efficiently. You can track this efficiency just as you can track the oil in your car, your speed on your speedometer, and the miles you have traveled on your odometer. How? With your resting heart rate. Elite athletes have a very low resting heart rate. Healthy individuals range from 60-80 beats per minute. Elite athletes are often in the range of 30 beats per minute.

Types of Anatomy Muscle Posters

There are several categories of muscle posters and hundreds of designs. For me, there are simply two types - the medicinal for the medical student and the exercise muscle posters. The difference to me is the exercise muscle posters showcase the muscles in use. A static representation of the human anatomy is needed for educational purposes. More useful for the home gym, private gym, public health club is the exercise poster with the muscles in motions. Show the arm muscles involved in stretching. Show the muscles that protect the knee when we are walking. Learn what muscles are engage during what movements.

Listen to Your Body

A personal trainer can coach you and tell you what muscles are engaged during certain movements as well as a physical therapist. Learning and listening to your own body is the best method. Remember you have a permanent marriage to your body. It is your temple and the finest piece of equipment ever built. Learn about your body, listen to your body, train your body.

Great question - thank you so much for your inquiry.

There are stores out there that specialize in posters but there are also great sources out on Amazon and eBay. I was surprised at the number of UK websites that offer fantastic posters.

I have always enjoyed purusing AllPosters.com. ClinicalCharts.com has one of the largest selections. I also like anatomywarehouse. This website is exceptional for the variety that they offer: www.power-systems.com/

The key terms are anatomy and muscle charts.

Hope this helps.

Yes, I believe every gym, very hospital should have these. I would also like to see them in the schools. Educating with visuals is critical. Maybe once schools have more smart screens and flat screens, the programming could be more dynamic.

@Nan Mynatt - thank you so much! I think these are important. Yes, we see them in text books but muscle posters I think should be everywhere. We need to protect our environment and our muscles too!
