Staying on a Low Carb Diet at Chic-fil-A
The ketogenic diet is a low-carb and high-fat diet. Most people who are on the Keto diet, decrease their carbohydrate intake to just 20–30 net grams per day. The main foods to avoid while doing this diet are:

Naturally, getting fast food can be hard for any diet but if you can plan ahead, you'll be much more likely to stay on track! When eating at Chic-fil-A, the main things to keep in mind are that most of their menu items contain bread. You can order any sandwich without the bread which will significantly cut your carbs. Also, when there is the option, go with grilled chicken instead of fried. Another thing to keep in mind, is that even if the menu items are low in carbs or calories, it still more than likely has a lot of sodium. So always, try to avoid fast food when possible.
