Uses of Aloe Vera
There are many uses of aloe vera which is beneficial for your skin hair, body, and health. After looking at the amazing benefits of this wonder gel, I feel that everyone should include this in their beauty care and diet regime. The way to use aloe vera gel depends on the purpose for which you are using it. Let’s have a look at the method of usage according to the purpose.
Aloe Vera for Skin
You can use it directly from the plant or purchase readymade products from the store. If you are extracting the gel from the plant, make sure to first wash the leaves and then cut them to remove the gel. You can directly apply the gel or even grind it in the mixer grinder by adding one spoon of water and then apply it to your skin.
There are many products in the market that contain aloe vera gel, but make sure to check the ingredients and only purchase sulfate-free and paraben-free products. Aloe Vera gel that you purchase from the market, should not contain any added color. Always purchase the transparent one.
Aloe Vera for Hair
If you are applying aloe vera gel on your hair directly from the plant, always grind it n the mixer by adding 1 spoon of water and then apply it on your scalp and hair. Do not apply the gel directly to your hair/scalp.
If you are using a market-based product, you can mix aloe vera gel in any other hair pack and then apply. It will be equally effective and will make your hair softer and smoother.
Aloe Vera for Health & Body
Do not consume aloe vera gel directly from the plants. It should be processed and made safe to consume. You can purchase any aloe vera juice from the market and include it in your daily routine.
You can consume this by various methods that best suit your body. You can either take an appropriate amount of juice and directly consume as instructed on the package or prepare yourself a morning/night drink.
To prepare the drink, soak 1 spoon of chia seeds in a little bit of water and keep it aside for half an hour. Then, add aloe vera juice and warm water to the glass and mix it well. Your drink is ready. This is very effective especially for weight loss and digestion issues. If you consume this drink every day, you will see a noticeable difference in one week and result in all the benefits listed above.
Aloe Vera gel is widely used nowadays for beauty purposes and included in the diet for good health. The best part is that this is a natural ingredient derived from the plants and has no side effects. It is safe to use and consume by people of all ages.

I have a member of my family that used aloe vera for everything. She had her own plants in her garden, she would use it for her hair and even eat it. She got me to try it once and it was very bitter I don't understand how some can eat it. I appreciate you posting this.
