Introduction

On a recent vacation to Scottsdale Az, I stayed at my brother-in-law's house and he taught us the basic of his new meditation methods. It is very simple and basic but if practiced regularly, will lead to a better health and a better life.

Meditation Procedure

To begin with, sit in a meditation pose and relax your body. Start by stretching your arms to loosen your muscles. Breathe slowly and deeply three times.

The purpose of meditation is to tap into your inner chi. This energy is what will heal your body.

Prepare the start of meditation by:

  • focus and relax the whole body
  • tip of tongue touch the roof of your mouth
  • close your eyes
  • breath gently in and out
  • smile

The procedure is repeating the same process five times to cover each of the five major organs. The heart, the stomach, the lungs, the kidneys and finally the liver.

Starting focus on the heart and draw the energy from the top of your head towards it, followed by from your fingers to the arms to the shoulders and to the heart, next from your toes through your legs and your torso to the heart and finally the seat of the baby chi which resided about two inches below your navel, into your body.

Repeat the same procedure for each of the major organs. This process can take different amount of time. Once you achieved this state of meditation, you should start to feel heat in the region that you have focused. Don't be discouraged if you did not get this result. It will come slowly as you perfect the technique.

In the beginning, you may experience some signs such as increased saliva, farting, belching and all these are good. It means the chi is moving around your body.

Chi is the life force energy that flows through every living thing. ... Chi energy flowing in you is what gives you vitality, and fullness of life. A person with balanced chi will feel full of energy, joy, and zest for life.

Summary

This is a summary of what I learned in about one hour of meditation training. The benefits will come slowly but surely. The most important point is to start practicing. It can be done anytime and as often as time allows.

The ultimate or highest achievement from meditation is to reach a state of enlightenment. When you have achieved this state, you become a part of the universe. Very few people are able to reach this state.

My First Hand Account Testimonial

I am state my own first hand experience with Alex Ma. Years ago, when my father-in-law was sick and lying in the hospital, Alex came and visited with his father. He sat with him for a while and then he proceeded to heal him with just his palm. He would place his palm on his chest and my father-in-law would feel stronger.

A few years ago, I had a similar experience. This time, I was on a trip to Taiwan and visiting my 90 years old aunt. They have a family friend who is Buddhist and studying at a local university pursuing a Chinese medicine degree. He would come once a week and apply healing to my aunt just with his palm.

I happen to mention that I had a problem with my knee with stiffness. He applied his palm to my knee and right away I felt this intense heat. It is as if I was being burned but yet there was no redness. I only felt the deep heat penetrating my joint. He calls this Chi. He was able to focus his Chi energy to help me heal.

This is my first hand experience with chi. If I did not experience it, I would not have believe it could be done. Whatever it is, it defies logic and physics.
