I do include all of these plus a good eye health supplement, but something is still missing as I'm not seeing results. Perhaps a past-life regression is necessary to understand the psychology behind my choice to block life's energy to my eyes.

I recently met someone who is experiencing macular degeneration at a younger than usual age. The foods you have listed were some of the foods that were recommended for her to eat to at least slow the progression of the disease.
