I go for morning brisk walks mostly when the weather gets cooler. In the Autumn months and it is a great idea for me. In the summer it is much to warm.

Eman, this is a very informative and helpful article. I don't usually go for morning walks, but doctors always recommend going for a walk on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Walking first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is one of the best ways to naturally jump start your day and to boost your metabolism. It also makes it possible for you to burn more calories throughout the day. And, of course, it has many more advantages as you have mentioned in your beautiful hub. Btw all the pics you have used are very nice and eye soothing.
