Let's talk about the exercises which prove like a miracle in cutting down the belly fat.
It's the best and easy exercise for your abs. It directly targets your rectus abdominal which is also known as six-packs muscles. You must be wondering How to do this exercise?. Well, it's quite simple and I am also attaching the video link of each exercise so it will be easy for you. First of all, Lie down on the floor with your knees bent at the right angle then put your hands straight behind your head. Now start pushing yourself with the help of your abdominal towards knee in such a way that your hands are touching with your knees then go back and do the process again. Do at least 10-20 crunches per day and you will soon get a good result within a month.

I am sure if you are a fitness freak you must be familiar with the plank exercise because planks are considered as an exercise for beginners. If you are not familiar with a plank, don't worry I will tell you how you can do planks if you are a beginner. Lie on your stomach then start pushing your elbows below your shoulders and get support from the ground with the help of your hands and toes. Now lift your body with the help of your toes. Hold yourself in this position for approximately 10 to 20 seconds while in the position you will feel a little stress on your abs if this happens then it means you are doing it correctly.The longer you hold yourself the more it will burn your belly fat. Do this exercise twice a week to see a big change.
Planks For Beginners :
3.Heel Touch :
This exercise targets the obliques as well as the rectus abdominal ( the six-packs muscles) and its quite good in burning down the belly fat. You can perform this exercise as follow:
Lie down on the floor with your knees bent at a right angle and keep your head and shoulder off the floor. Now start rotating your right hand touching the right foot and your left hand touching the left foot using your abs. Do this exercise nicely and slowly as this exercise requires patience not panic.

4.Leg Raises :
This workout is considered a difficult one as it requires more effort and energy than the previous workouts but it is a great exercise for your abs as well as for your legs. You will not perform this exercise perfectly in the beginning but you will learn after trying it again and again. Do the Leg Raises as follow :
Lie down on your back, keep your hands and feet straight on the floor. Start lifting your legs in the air make sure that your legs must be straight in the air. Now lower your feet until your feet touch the ground. Repeat the process until the count of 10.Don't stretch your legs too much and keep your upper body steady on the ground.

5.Cobra Stretch :
The Cobra Stretch is the best exercise for your abs as well as for your back. It is an exercise related to meditation. If you spend your whole time sitting on the chair in front of the screen then you should do this exercise daily for about 30 secs. For doing this exercise you need to lie down on the floor with the support of your belly. Stretch your legs back and palm down your hands next to the rib cage. Now slowly push your hands lifting your chest and hold your self in this position for 30 sec and more. In this way you are targeting your abs as well as your back but don't stretch your back too much this can cause personal injury and you will not be able to do this exercise again.

Healthy Diet :
With the exercise, you should also take a proper healthy diet. Diet also plays an important role in losing weight, if you are still eating junk food and you think that you will gonna lose calories from junk food by doing exercise then you are wrong. Remember one thing: "Master Your Mindset And You'll Master Your Body", so it's all about your mindset. You must be thinking that What diet should I take ???. I am gonna tell you some diet which is personally experienced by me.
- Firstly, stop eating something that contains too much oil and start eating something that is boil, for example, you can eat boil eggs and boil the chicken.
- Secondly, stop taking too much sugar. If you are a tea lover then start drinking green tea daily. Research says that green tea works effectively and losing fat and it also increases the metabolism.
- Vegetables are considered as the main source of proteins. Start taking vegetable salad in which you can include spinach, carrot, cucumber but don't include potatoes as they will make you fat.
- After vegetables, you can also include fruits in your diet.
- You can eat junk food twice a month but not more than that.
