How many times you have said this to yourself,
“I will complete this task(work or study)tomorrow, definitely!”
And ended up thinking this the other day,
“Okay, I am not in a mood today. But tomorrow I will do it 100 percent!”
Like a popular saying goes: Tomorrow never comes, your next day also never came and your workload kept on piling increasing your anxiety and stress.
Hence, in order to avoid all this mess, let’s look at 5 different ways in which you can repeal this demon of procrastination.
A. The 45+15 rule
This rule is the most effective way to avoid procrastination. In this, you have to do your work for 45 minutes continuously and then take a 15 minutes break. Repeat this the whole day. I promise, your day will pass just like that. Remember, 15 minutes break is all yours. You can do anything in this time which please you.
B. Dividing the workload
When we look at our workload in bulk, we lose our motivation to complete it. A better way to do it is to divide the entire workload into small to medium sized lots and allotting specific time to each lot. This rush against time will not only boost your adrenaline rush but also your productivity and shoo away the laziness.
C. Dreaming about the success
If we pursue our work without a sense of reward in our mind, de-motivation sets in and procrastination takes over us. Hence, whenever you feel lazy or unwilling to do the work, just take a break of about 15 minutes and dream(with open eyes) about the success, prestige and the sense of satisfaction that will come to you with the completion of that work.
D. Exercising 30 minutes a day
Exercise not just keeps your body fit, it also releases dopamine in your brain which acts as a motivating force to pursue your goals. Lack of this dopamine exacerbates the procrastination tendencies. Hence, exercising just 30 minutes a day will keep you going the whole day.
E. Competing with the level 100 boss
Competing with the level 100 boss while being a level 1 rookie is the best way to upgrade yourself, increasing productivity and killing procrastination. Setting level 100 boss as your target to defeat will automatically give you the necessary kick to pursue your goals. Do not try to remain at the level you are already in, get out of your comfort zone and compete with the highest level. Believe me, procrastination will not even come near to you at any time soon.
However, just leaving the habit of procrastination is not sufficient enough. After conquering it, follow these 7 rules to the letter and spirit to amass massive success in life
1.Torture yourself until you have reached your goal.
Yes! Doing that will kill your opponents before failures kill your potential. Toil hard to reach the summit and once you are there, stay humble.
2. Go after what you really want and not what people want you to want.
People usually never show you the right path. You have to figure it out yourself and then excel on to it to the maximum extent.
3. Speak what your own heart says and not what society’s heart says.
Be free, bold and open minded. People will initially hate it but ultimately will succumb down to your authority.
4. Think rationally every time and not what people consider to be rational(which is usually irrational).
People usually think and say irrational things all the time. This ruins not only their lives but also the lives of people who consider these correct. Develop your own thinking by properly researching about the truth.
5. Control your anger on maximum occasions and try to settle most of the things peacefully.
An angry mind never lets your take good decisions. It ultimately results in devastating consequences. A calm mind is a sane mind.
6. Make your opponents the objects of competition and not of jealousy.
Jealousy yields nothing. Competition yields everything. It makes you a strong person and ultimately, a superstar.
7. Never get tired of the trying even after multiple failures.
Each failure teaches you something. Now it’s up to you whether you learn from it and improve yourself to succeed later or cry over it and blame people and fate for it.
These 7 rules will help you realize your maximum potential and will get you ready to conquer even the toughest summits in life.

Yaas! "Develop your own thinking by properly researching about the truth." That needs to be on shirts and printed to hang on walls! Don't be ignorant of being irrational all the time!!!
