B. Dividing the workload

When we look at our workload in bulk, we lose our motivation to complete it. A better way to do it is to divide the entire workload into small to medium sized lots and allotting specific time to each lot. This rush against time will not only boost your adrenaline rush but also your productivity and shoo away the laziness.

C. Dreaming about the success

If we pursue our work without a sense of reward in our mind, de-motivation sets in and procrastination takes over us. Hence, whenever you feel lazy or unwilling to do the work, just take a break of about 15 minutes and dream(with open eyes) about the success, prestige and the sense of satisfaction that will come to you with the completion of that work.

Exercise not just keeps your body fit, it also releases dopamine in your brain which acts as a motivating force to pursue your goals. Lack of this dopamine exacerbates the procrastination tendencies. Hence, exercising just 30 minutes a day will keep you going the whole day.

Competing with the level 100 boss while being a level 1 rookie is the best way to upgrade yourself, increasing productivity and killing procrastination. Setting level 100 boss as your target to defeat will automatically give you the necessary kick to pursue your goals. Do not try to remain at the level you are already in, get out of your comfort zone and compete with the highest level. Believe me, procrastination will not even come near to you at any time soon.

Yaas! "Develop your own thinking by properly researching about the truth." That needs to be on shirts and printed to hang on walls! Don't be ignorant of being irrational all the time!!!
