The general problem with many people is that despite knowing that they can do something positive for their betterment they keep on thinking about all the possibilities over and over again. This overthinking leads to procrastination. Many believe that it is easy to say that we must jump like a warrior and do what we want in our life and career. And it is true that our body will only take action once our mind is prepared. What all techniques people utilize to change themselves? Do you want to learn the 5-step formula? Did you just say yes? I am happy for your success so start noting down the steps.
Identify your Resistance
The first step is to identify your resistance and fears of rejections that are holding you back. Write all your fears of rejections right there in the comments. Let us overcome them one by one.
Some examples of rejections could be: If I will leave my job will I be able to survive in my business? I want to build a skill-based business out of my passion but I am very skeptical about it. I have a lot of content and knowledge to share and I can become an online trainer but will I become successful?
Be Ready to Change
Now after writing down your fears in the comments, the second step is to understand that "change is the only constant." Everything is changing around you at a rapid rate then why can’t you. Okay, I will help you here. What is your daily routine? Write down your routine in your notepad. Now suppose if you have a habit of waking up at 8 in the morning start getting up at 6. If you are not active, start moving your body and go for a walk. Now after a short walk, sit somewhere, close your eyes and go back into your life. Try to identify when was the last time you thought about changing your career and what roadblocks you encountered. Note down all those blocks in your phone. Remember to provide yourself different solutions for each roadblock. Soon you will be able to create a plan to cross those barriers.
Permit Your Mind to Achieve Success
Now here comes the third step which is to give yourself permission to achieve success. You need to tell your mind again and again that you are ready for success. After this, write down your short-term goals. Start focusing on them and complete them one by one. An example of a short-term goal is to write daily. This can also be termed as your ‘daily goal’. The second example could be to stop being an introvert and start talking with others to get ideas for your business.
Positive Reinforcement is Important
The fourth step is to surround yourself with positive people. Ignore and block all who try to bring you down. It is hard to do in the beginning but slowly you will learn the process. You will see that you will start claiming your life and career when you only interact with like-minded people. Learn to identify the problems and gaps in your business and start writing down all the solutions.
Positive Affirmations to Retrain Your Mind
Now the fifth and most important step is to start positive affirmations. You must speak like this with yourself on a daily basis:
- I am not afraid of change.
- I am passionate about my subject and I can create the best business.
- I will write my problems followed by solutions on a daily basis.
- I will create short-term as well as long-term goals.
- My purpose, mission, and vision are in alignment with my conscious and subconscious mind.
Identify your core values, motivations, and vision. Ask yourself what you want to leave behind as a legacy. Now you already have a complete plan in your hand. Once you've got your big picture identified, your mind will be automatically optimized to make decisions for the long-term that align together with your true self. This will lead you towards sure shot success. Never forget to ideate and execute or implement the daily ideas that you receive at this time as now you are reaching your full potential. To become unstoppable, utilize the ‘social media commitment’ and ‘burn your boats when you reach the island’ models. You can ask your questions in the comments if you are unsure about these models.
