Introduction

A person having a good immune system is considered to be healthy and fit. The immune system is nothing but the collection of cells, tissues, and organs that are working together to fight against foreign objects. The main function of an immune system is to prevent the entry of foreign substances into the body and to fight against it to protect from diseases and infections. Therefore, it becomes very important for humans to include a well-balanced diet to improve the immune system. As the climate and season changes, the resistance power of the human body also changes. Best Herbal Drink for Jaundice

  • Take 15-20 herbs with leaves and the seeds.
  • Wash and clean them in clear water.
  • Use the mixer in stir mode and ensure the plant is chopped fine.
  • Add the cleaned plant with half a cup of water into the mixer.

My Personal Experience

One of my friends was suffering from Jaundice and she drank the above herbal drink for around 15 days with a strict diet by consuming less spicy and oily food. During this period, the consumption of bottle gourd in the diet helped her to recover soon from Jaundice.

Liver Disorders

The herbal extracts of Phyllanthus are highly beneficial against liver disorders, including liver cirrhosis. The analysis revealed several bio-active molecules and chemical agents that belong to the polyphenolic group of compounds with well-known antioxidant properties. This was proved by the clinical test using mouse liver, indicating the protein isolated from Phyllanthus niruri protecting liver tissues and helping it to stimulate the liver tissue recovery process on its own.

Viral Infections, Hepatitis C, and Hepatitis B

Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a common disease found worldwide. This herb has been proved to be beneficial against Hepatitis B and other viral infections.

Kidney Stones or Urinary Tract Stones

Phyllanthus niruri is well-known as a stone-breaker plant or sometimes called as shatter-stone. In case of a bladder infection that affects a part of the urinary tract, Phyllanthus niruri tea, extract, and powder is traditionally used to help eliminate kidney stones and gallbladder stones. It is used to support the renal system, facilitate urinary discharge, and promote healthy water elimination. Phyllanthus is used as an alternative medicine to prevent and treat kidney stones which are also known as renal calculi.

Stomach Ulcers

The Phyllanthus niruri reduces gastric acid secretion and protects the stomach, gives relief to scabies and skin sores. These skin infections can be cured by taking a bath using a ground paste of the herbal shoots with salt.

It is really a wonder herb to rejuvenate the liver tissues. It has a good effect on aged people. I personally had consumed about 100 ml of Phyllanthus niruri warm tea. Fresh plants have a wonderful effect. those who can tolerate mild bitter taste can chew and have a few clean leaves as such. It is a timely article for those who wish to build their health and immunity. Thank you, Ms Sneha.
