I have Fibromyalgia mixed with Neurothopy. I was diagnosed in 2003 and it is like the specialists said--it will grow worse in time--especially in damp and cold weather. Your advice is wonderful and I do use some of them to help with join stiffness. I do not have a flotation tank, but floating in the pool does provide relief for me. I guess the weightlessness is what helps to relief pressure on joins and bones. Voted up+
