Does your gut work like clockwork? Or like the circus tightrope?

A properly functioning intestine you have:

Calm down. I scared you with all this!

1. Drink water

Water is essential for everything in our body.

And don't even talk to the gut. Ideal for your intestines to function well and have a drink before each meal.

And in the morning, you can have five glasses of water and, they are talking about their own experience, my gut today, and a watch.

And water also helps other foods that you consume to contribute to your gut.

2. Doing exercises

Another important thing is the exercises, from my own experience. I drink my coffee and go for a walk when I come back when I go to the bathroom.

A sedentary lifestyle does not match regular bowel.

3. Eat fiber

Eat fiber, oatmeal with milk and fruit.

Pieces of bread prefer wholemeal, have fiber, bread also have nuts, which's very good.

White flour bread helps to trap the intestine.

4. Cooked vegetables

5. Avoid excessive candy

Tip!

Some vegetables like carrots and beets trap the intestines a lot if you eat cooked, prefer to eat raw.

Cooked vegetables contribute nutrients such as iron and other minerals, helping the intestines to function.

Some vegetables for your gut to function: kale, endive, radicchio, spinach, chard, broccoli.

Make all these vegetables daily, with garlic, onion.

Sweets have never been good for health.

Sugar has numerous health hazards and causes a trapped intestine.

And when I talk about sugar, it's not the candy in the bakery, and the sugar in the chocolate powder, the bakery cake, the chocolate ice cream, in short, everything that contains sugar.

And if you eat sweets every day, you can be sure that your intestines will not work.

6. Excessive red meat

I speak here of my experience with red meats, and my intestines stopped, that I abandoned it on my menu.

Let's think together, red meat has fat, but don't forget that the cow has antibiotics, so when we eat beef, we also eat what's inside it.

It is to think not and!

If you have a busy life, without schedules, and without routine, how do you go to the bathroom every day?

For you to go to the bathroom every day, you need to relax, be calm.

A biology professor once said when I was in high school,

"If you take more than 5 minutes in the bathroom, you have bowel problems".

8. Don't skip meals

Remember I talked about schedule and routine the day before yesterday?

If you don't have time to eat, your intestines won't work.

For you to go to the bathroom every day, eat all your daily meals, you will suffer to go to the bathroom.

9. Fruit with pomace

You want to go to the bathroom every day, eat fruit with bagasse and peel if possible.

  • apple,
  • grape,
  • mango,
  • persimmon,
  • watermelon,
  • papaya,
  • avocado,
  • and banana.

Don't be praying a third asking your intestines to work.

Going to the bathroom unwillingly is forcing your gut to work very fast, in which case, you may have hemorrhoids.
