Being naturally healthy actually does not require much efforts. Mother nature has already provided us with everything needed for a sound health. We just need to follow her protocol for enjoying a healthy life span of over 100 years.

The ongoing CoVid-19 pandemic has shown the world the importance of immunity and sound health. The viral infection emphasis has largely being on prevention rather than treatment. The various ways implemented to stop spread of infection included extensive lock-downs, using face masks or face shields, social distancing etc. But the actual prevention was significantly obtained from increasing and maintaining immunity through active lifestyle, maintaining hygiene and increasing nature exposure. Are these not the ones that we must follow in our daily lives?

According to WHO statistics cancer amounts to around 18% of overall deaths worldwide. That means 1 in every 6 death is due to cancer. But, is cancer caused due to some infectant or pollutant? No, cancer is caused by our own once healthy cells which have been abused by our lifestyle. The torture is to such an extent that they over-react and spread rapidly in our body. 1) Be the sun, the early riser.
2) Salute the sun daily, to get adequate amount of Vitamin D.
3) Morning exercise daily for at least half hour to be vibrant through out the day. Be active whole day.
4) Meditate daily to reduce stress and calm each and every cell of your body.
5) Eat homemade balanced diet. Reduce intake of processed foods.
6) Eat till you are 80% full. Never ever over eat.
7) No TV, Mobile, talking while eating. Concentrate on your food. Feel every bite you take.
8) Have a light walk after meals particularly dinner.
9) Maintain personal and social hygiene.
10) Reduce intake of addictive foods like tea, coffee, alcohol etc. No smoking.
11) Talk about the day to your near and dear ones every night.

Isn’t it simple? Does it actually require any extra efforts to maintain good health? No, it just needs you to act wisely and follow Mother Nature’s protocols. Cheat days are fine sometimes but do not make it a habit. You are cheating yourself and not anyone else. Have abundance in your lifestyle and abundance will automatically flow in your life.
