Listening to silence or meditation. Starting from fifteen to twenty minutes you can feel healing power of silence. In these minutes you can see who you really are, what are you upto. It brings lot of peace, happiness and fulfillment along with it.

How can you aspect a healthy functioning of brain in an unhealthy body. You need to daily exercise one hour. You train your body you train your mind. It will lead to healthy living all way long.

HEALTHY FOOD

If you eat your food healthy daily then you don't need medicine at all. By forming an habit of chewing food 32 time you could make your digestion better , food more nutritive. Healthy food like fresh fruits , vegetables and little cooked food. As you nourish your body you nourish your mind.

You start reading just half an hour a day daily and will feel uplifted, motivated for day. Reading is just like investing ,you are investing in intelligence and profits of compound interest will make you more wise.

EARLY AWAKENING

Some tend to sleep 8 to 10 hour a day . I tell you truth 6 hour is enough to sleep. Rest we just over do it. After doing exercise 6 hour sleep, you are tired then you get sleep which is deep sleep. When you sleep 8 to 10 hour then sometimes sleep is been disturbed then that is shallow sleep . So get tired and get a deep, relaxing sleep. Wake early and get started with the things.

SELF ANALYSIS

After a heavy day in afternoon when you sit comfortably reflect your day. Mistakes you've done , shortcomings wright it down and daily improve it , slowly it will lead you to self mastery .

You're right music upliftes you boost you and make you feel good. Listen to musical instruments with eyes closed and feel music jump(not with your eyes closed), dance , sing.
