Managing to get to the gym every day is not always a possibility. Even if it is your favourite place to escape to, other responsibilities can sometimes get in the way. Fortunately, it is so easy to stay at home these days and manage to exercise..
With an ever growing, high quality selection of work-out videos on YouTube there really is no reason to ever miss out. Mixing up exercise routine promotes weight loss too. Here are 10 enjoyable videos not in any particular order suitable for all ages, tastes and abilities!

10. 30-Minute Hip-Hop Tabata to Torch Calories
This was a really fun workout. The instructor encourages lots of laughs along the way, while you still manage to achieve your goals. Plenty of water breaks and mini breaks. But be warned ... you are challenged to twerk as low as you can go so be prepared to be sore the next day. Hip-hop Tabata to Torch Calories is definitely one of my favourite go to workouts if I need a bit of banter. She encourages you to lighten up and enjoy yourself along the way.
9. Zumba Burn it up-Medium Class
I found these 'Zumba Burn it up' routines by accident and I'm glad I did. What to expect is a good ole fashioned Zumba session, before it evolved to more higher intensity workouts; which there is nothing wrong with but sometimes you just need the original Zumba to take as an elixir.. Zumba has the power to turn a bad day into a not so bad day.

8, Tabata for Beginners / 4 Minute Fat Burning Workout
This workout may only be only 4 minutes long but its definitely enough to help get your adrenaline raised. I find It wakes me up like a shot of expresso every time. Sometimes I find bite-sized sessions both more uplifting and time affective than a lengthier workout. 'The Fitoligists' have lots of other content too, varying in time and levels of fitness. I just particularly like this one because of the soundtrack 'Watch Me', by Neffex.

7. SWEAT FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT with Dumbbells/ Circuit series Day 5.
Be very prepared ... Caroline Girvan works you extremely hard. Even watching this hiit workout made me feel out of breath. Definitely one for the brave and energetic out there. I have promised myself that I will attempt it tomorrow morning - although I have been saying that for the last couple of days now. All you need is a set of dumbbells and a bottle of water. My friend said this routine is definitely worth trying and that she felt fantastic afterwards.

6. 45 Min Best Glute Workout For Women// Butt legs thighs//bodyweight
I definitely felt the burn from this routine but it was worth it. If you focus on the scenery in the background the burn may not feel quite so intense. Gymra is kind 'a creative when she describes the exercise moves; she gets you drawing rainbows in the sand and all sorts of moves you might never have thought possible. Suitable for all levels and the promise of amazing glutes!

5. Sculpt Your Arms - Fast!
A quick blast of a workout at only 8 and a half minutes, Good helping with bingo wings. It acquires weight - just use a couple of tins if you don't own any dumbbells. Good for beginners or anyone whose goal is lean and toned arms. A no-fuss workout.

4. 30 Minute No Equipment Barre Sculpting Workout
The upbeat energy from the instructor was highly contagious. There definitely seems to be a gap in the market for MORE of these barre fitness workouts on YouTube. During the Covid epidemic, I treated myself to the Les Mills prescription for a while which had some brilliant barre workout that I loved. But this is a high quality session too!

If you have never tried konga before - here is a typical konga 3 min taster. It seems to have become more popular over the last several years. Konga really gives you a good cardio workout workout, tones the body and brightens the mood.

A popular Les Mills workout with over 8.7 million views. I like the way all the instructors swap over. to teach their own unique dance routines - and It's a brilliant mental workout too. This class fly's so quickly and it hardly feels like a workout at all because it is so much fun!
1. Qigong Full 20 - Minute Daily Routine
Sometimes you don't feel like a mega sweaty exercise session but something more calming. I play this either when I have had an extra bus work schedule or have been sedentary than usual. I find it helps to balance my body and mind perfectly. The sensory sound of the birds chirping is soothing too.
