8. Unpasteurized Milk, Cheese and Juice



Many harmful bacteria like E. coli and Campylobacter are found in raw milk and unpasteurized cheese. These bacteria are also found in unpasteurized juice. Infections caused by these cause serious damage to the body. To eliminate bacteria from these things, their pasteurization is necessary. Pregnant women should consume only pasteurized milk, cheese and juice.


9. Junk food



For the development of a child in pregnancy, only nutritious foods should be eaten. Make a distance from junk food at this time. Junk food does not contain nutrients and is rich in fat, calories and sugar. Eating junk food increases weight very quickly and can cause many serious problems at the time of delivery. During pregnancy, include lots of fruits, green vegetables, protein, folate and iron in your diet.
