When replying to a comment on one of my hub Tips and Recipes for the Dukan Diet I realised that the article had far more tips than recipes and as I know how important it is to keep your diet as varied and interesting as possible whilst losing weight I decided to address this situation and provide as many recipes as I could. However I managed to find so many recipes that they wouldn't all fit into just one hub.
This hub is the capstone which lists the recipes I've collected from far and wide and then provide you with a link to one of the four other hubs in which the recipes can be found. I've categorised the recipes I've collated into the following hubs
Dukan Diet Recipes
This hub is written to provide tips and recipes for the Dukan Diet to help anyone on the diet or who is thinking about starting Dr Pierre Dukan's highly successful weight loss formula the Dukan Diet. This diet is based around the principles of eating a diet which is low in carbohydrate but high in protein.

Dukan Diet Recipes - Poultry
The first grouping of recipes is for poultry - chicken and turkey. I personally much prefer chicken to turkey in these recipes so the recipes I will be giving will all be the chicken version but of course they can easliy be adapted by just swapping the meat you are using.

Dukan Diet Recipes - Fish and Seafood
I'm personally not a huge fish eater. I don't like fishy fish and I've got an allergy to some types of shellfish but I know how important Omega 3 is to my diet so I try to eat fish at least twice a week. Here are the fish and seafood recipes I've put together.

Dukan Diet Recipes - Meat
I am particularly fond of meat which is normally quite heavily restricted in lots of diet plans. This is of course not the case in the Dukan Diet where you can eat as much as you want of the right types of meat. Unfortunately my favorite meat lamb isn't permitted in the first stages of the diet plan but I fortunately beef and lean ham my next favorites are. The meat recipes that I've found are

- Fried Eggs with Sliced Ham
- Ham and Egg Omelette
Dukan Diet Recipes - Starters and Desserts
This is another area where the Dukan Diet is really great, because you're only restricted on the types of food you eat rather than the amount of food you eat. It is possible to have proper three course meals where you are able to forget you are even on a diet on the days you can eat vegetables as well as protein.
The recipes to help create your three course meals are listed below. You could of course also use some of these recipes to make yourself a delicious lunch.
- Spicy Pumpkin Soup
- Courgette Gaspacho with diced Red Pepper
- Thick courgette soup
- Stuffed Tomatoes
- Coffee, Chocolate or Vanilla Creme
- Cheese Cake
- Floating Island
- Sweet omelette with fat free yoghurt.

The oat bran is a key part of the Dukan Diet but not essential. Not only is oat bran good for your heart, it helps you to feel satisfied and it provides fiber an element which is in short supply in other foods.
I'd recommend that you continue to take your oat bran with water if this is the best way for you to eat it. It doesn't really matter how you do this. Good luck!

Really enjoying the dukan diet. Just wanted to ask does it really make a difference to have oat bran? I can have it on a spoon and swallow with water but don't like the texture in a pancake or muffins I never have been a porridge eater. Please let me know if it will help to loose weight faster and if it's ok to have it with water. Many thanks

My guess would be between 10 and 14 pounds but it would of course depend on many things such as how much you weigh to start with, whether you are already on another diet and so on.

Tescos do their own brand of reduced fat sugar free cocoa powder and health food shops are a great place to look for sugar free products as these are also used by diabetics.

Don't panic everyone has a slip up from time to time. The important thing to do is to get back on the Dukan Diet as soon as you can and stick with it.
If you find yourself in a situation where you are unable to follow the diet go for damage limitation.
I can't say how much weight you will put on from the lapses but it is unlikely that you would gain back the whole 8 pounds. Some of the weight gain might also be water retention so it might disappear again after a couple of days back on the diet.
Try to find another way to deal with stress which avoids food.

Just a bit distressed! Have met with too many people this week & have been distracted from the diet! I have yet tnrw & saterday celebrations & am very depressed! When I eat I eat! Do you think I should just start attack on Sunday? & do u reckon I could put on the 8lb weightloss back on? Am stressed at times it's just unavoidable!

You can have one teaspoon of olive oil or rapeseed oil a day but you would be eating rather a large number of eggs in that day.
The medical opinion on how many eggs to eat in one day is divided so I tend to work on a rule of thumb of one whole egg a day and use egg white as well.
You would also want to be eating your serving of oat bran and some yogurt/cottage cheese.
It is important to build in variety into your diet so that you enjoy what you eat - it makes it so much easier to stick to.

I just wanted to know if it would be helpful to eat something like a fried spicy omellete and chicken kebab grilled in one teaspoon oil and a boiled egg in a day for the attack phase. Could you please help me with that ?

Bragg Liquid Aminos is made from just NON-GMO soybeans and purified water and has zero calories per 1/2 teaspoon so this is fine for you to eat you just need to watch the sodium it contains. You can also have a small amount of diet sugar free ketchup and can make your own Dukan mayonnaise and vinaigrette.

I'd stuff the turkey with a mix of lean ground/minced pork, egg, oat bran, finely diced vegetables of your choice and then season with pepper and herbs.
Make sure that you've got plenty of vegetables to go with your turkey and consider having something like a pumpkin soup to start.

I just started the cruise phase of the diet (after 6 days in attack) and your recipes will come in very handy, considering that everything I know how to cook requires starches or at the very least some oil/butter (thus the need for a diet to begin with).
