Monogram Model Building - A Blast from the Past

I loved building models in my teen years. This model was at the thrift store and I bought it just because a close friend had a car just like it when she was out of high school.

I don't think all the pieces are here. Most, but not all. The person who had it, started to build it and stopped.

With instruction number one. The motor was put together. Perhaps the rest of the motor was missing and that was as far as they could build. I don't know.

At any rate, for whatever reason, the parts are still mostly intact, still connected to the plastic posts. There is model paint still unopened. Brushes. Windshield cement. Decals. A knife.

It's a dream come true, almost.

So. What's here. The body. The interior. The outside. Tires, bumpers, belts, bells and whistles.
