Going Medieval: Character Backgrounds
Stephen is a former dinner theater actor, humilitarian, unemployed mascot and general home cuisine meth lab technician.
There's a whole lot of them. I've done my best combing the lists and various resources to come up with what I've got so far.
The backgrounds follow the format (adjective) + (profession).
Each has their own affect and modifies the skill points your characters will start with/ will be generated with.

The religion your character aligns with is a determining factor in which backgrounds are available.

This appears to largely favor the Oak Brethren, but in future versions this may be further balanced as religious alignment affects how villagers interact.
