Battlefield Bad Company 2 Satellite Uplink / M-COM Locations Guide Part 2

Where do I find Bad Company 2 Satellite Uplinks / M-COMs in singleplayer?

Welcome to part 2 of the Battlefield Bad Company 2 Satellite Uplink / M-COM Locations Guide. Here you will find the Satellite Uplink / M-COM locations for missions:

  • Sangre Del Toro.
  • No One Gets Left Behind.
  • Zero Dark Thirty.

Similar to the first half of the guide, all compass directions are given relative to the menu map.

If you stumbled upon this page by mistake and were looking for part one, it can be found at:

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Satellite Uplink / M-COM Locations Guide.

Sangre Del Toro M-COM 1.

Where to find M-COM 1:

Make your way to Base Station Charlie (top left of map) and once you are attacked by two choppers, the M-COM is on circular rampart to the right of the TOW launcher.

Sangre Del Toro M-COM 2.

Where to find M-COM 2:

After fighting through some of Base Station Bravo (middle of map) your squad will head up some stairs. Go up the first flight, then go to the right and there is an archway with the second stairs. Go up the first part of the stairs, turn 180 degrees, then keep to the right and you will be able to make your way to the small room on the left. The M-COM is inside.

Sangre Del Toro M-COM 3.

Where to find M-COM 3:

After surviving the ambush at Base Station Alpha's roadblock, head just past the blockage, and go immediately to the left, there is a small metal shelter with a mobile generator and the M-COM inside.

Sangre Del Toro M-COM 4.

Where to find M-COM 4:

Fight your way to Base Station Alpha, and look at Sarge during the cutscene. Afterwards, turn roughly 60 degrees left and the M-COM is directly in front of you.

No One Gets Left Behind M-COM 1.

Where to find M-COM 1:

After setting down your parachute and leaving the forest, there will be a few wooden buildings in front of you. Just to the left of them is the first M-COM.

No One Gets Left Behind M-COM 2.

Where to find M-COM 2:

Once you have defended the two houses from the attack, head forward and Sweetwater will tell you to take point. You'll get attacked from the the right. The M-COM is in this building. Deal with the enemy, jump the fence, and crawl under the building to access it.

No One Gets Left Behind M-COM 3.

Where to find M-COM 3:

After meeting up with the rest of the squad and deciding to save Flynn, you'll be looking down upon a large base. Towards the back are five personnel sleeping quarters, the one at the back right (from the perspective of the overlook) has the third M-COM inside.

No One Gets Left Behind M-COM 4.

Where to find M-COM 4:

Once you've saved Flynn from the hangar, before you jump onto an ATV, turn to your left and there will be another sleeping quarters. The final M-COM is inside.

Zero Dark Thirty M-COM 1.

Where to find M-COM 1:

After passing the first ammo resupply crate and dealing with the first attackers of the level, you will see two small wooden huts in front of you, just to the left of these, hidden in the bushes at the base of the rock face, is the first M-COM.

Zero Dark Thirty M-COM 2.

Where to find M-COM 2:

Survive the mortar fire and make your way to the canal. Once there turn left and face down the canal, you will see the second M-COM on the right hand side of the canal floor.

Zero Dark Thirty M-COM 3.

Where to find M-COM 3:

After heading further down the canal and defeating the snipers in the building make your way under it. You'll then see a yellow bus. Fend off the wave of enemies, and go under it. The M-COM is again on the right side of the canal floor, just past the bus.

Zero Dark Thirty M-COM 4.

Where to find M-COM 4:

Once you have gone through the hole in the wall, and been flashbanged, you will exit and just to your left will be the final M-COM station. Congratulations on the achievement!

This was the best guide for what needed to be done - no spoilers and the best part this guide was just right to the point only the M-COM'S fing perfect - I hate the guides that tell u where every bad guy is at every corner - I can't thank u enough & the part with the sat. Images ( map from pause menu) another perfect thing + if I still had trouble u added the pic's to the excate spot with your cursor again thanks for helping me with the achievement I played it through twice and only needed 5 of them so this guide really came in handy THANKS AGAIN

disgruntledviewer on February 19, 2011:

tWas an awesome stumble upon by random chance. all the hatred that posted don't know or can't understand the time it takes to do this and what it means to sacrifice your Gamer time to write up a guide for people to follow and find the things they didn't take the time to look for in the first place. but dude you nailed it and should do some more games. I mean I'd like it if you did at the least. PICS FTW!!!

isturbo1984 on January 23, 2011:

i couldn't find them all. ty for 65g!

Eloc Jcg on December 29, 2010:

For 'No One Gets Left Behind M-COM 2', there's no need to jump a fence or go underneath a building. Just stick to the right the entire time before encountering the enemies.

RandomPerson on November 10, 2010:

@ LazerXXX - As far as I can tell, nothing. I've gotten all the collectibles and mcoms and I didn't notice anything new.

LazerXXX on November 06, 2010:

I have BFBC2 on PC, what do you get for finding all these M-Coms and Sat Uplinks?

TheeCzar on August 03, 2010:

great guide very helpful!! but my game also says "Campaign: destroy 22 satellite uplinks" and this is for COMPLETE BLACKOUT, grade Silver. it is so odd that peoples games are saying diff. not anything to fight over, i do have the limited edition but i don't know if that is why it is like that.

Ahaworth1 on July 18, 2010:

It says destroy all 22 satalite links..

Andy on June 27, 2010:

Lakash on April 19, 2010:

i would say accurate sure you would have to look a bit at where you are and where the Mcons are but i would have to agree that you do need to add some better details

but i would say it was a lot of help to me man thanks

sli on April 12, 2010:

top man

puffloaf on April 12, 2010:

Top job Sir, if only all guides were like yours! =)

Transfixer on April 06, 2010:

I also unlocked the Shock Paddles without having the battlefield Limited edition.

Transfixer on April 06, 2010:

OK... This is realy weird! I just got them all except final one. Achievement unlocked just popped up... Within the pause menu on mission "Zero Dark Thirty" it says 3/4 M-COMS.

MP was also bit glitched. I got the Medikit, repairmachine, sensorball and ammokit right from the beginning. SOmething to do with my BF Veteran status???

tigerbait_ on April 05, 2010:

WOW!! This guide was VERY SIMPLE & VERY HELPFUL!! I just watched the level and then found them and just kept doing that. VERY HAPPY I found this guide, I'll definetly bookmark this page. THANX A LOT!!

leafy placebo on April 05, 2010:

i got the achievment when i had 3 more to go does that happen to everyone or is it just a little glitchy like online

EvilErnesto on March 30, 2010:

Yeah death_trooper my achievement says destroy ALL sat uplinks.. If yours says destroy 22 then stop playing and put that game away cause your would have a highly collectable game (which i doubt). Great guide, didn't have trouble finding any with this guide. However i did get the ach. at 22 of the uplinks im sure at somepoint they would fix this but if your tryin to get it now don't worry about the last two although 0 dark 30 has byfare the easiest mcoms to run across. nun the less you did an outstanding job.

Rugger on March 29, 2010:

Great thanks, the guide was a big help.

Deaths_trooper get your facts right before posting insults. The achievement says destroy all satellite uplinks not 22 as you say. The achievement was triggered after destroying the 22nd uplink not 24th so therefore a bug.

tfu ichigo on March 27, 2010:

great work, many thanks!!!!!

Nemdam (author) from United Kingdom on March 27, 2010:

I have the game on PC, so I don't have achievements :p. I just read that on a forum.

Deaths_trooper on March 26, 2010:

Omg dude! "You may have received the achievement at 22/24 or 23/24 M-COMs, this is a known bug"

Are you retarded? Read the achievement/trophy, it clearly says: destroy 22 satellite uplinks.

Good guide though

bigcuz on March 24, 2010:

This was right on..thanks for helping me find the ones I missed. Def gonna fav this spot.

zacK on March 15, 2010:

awesome walk-thru !!!!! im on the fence if I want to get the last few i need or not b/c the glitch helped me out haha

S.A.D Elite on March 11, 2010:

Very very helpful I found all with no hassles, Most were found with out help needed. I just need to find the XM8 (with the scope) and I'll have all collectables too...Any idea where this is as it says its on various maps and I cant seem to find it. :(

Jim on March 09, 2010:

Worked really well. Thanks for the guide. All where exactly spot on. Great work, screenies really helped too.

lee127 on March 08, 2010:

good job helped me find ones i missed.THANKS

Misleduser on March 08, 2010:

I would have to disagree with X aswell I found all to be very spot on the 2 I did have trouble undestanding was not because of how you explained it but just because they where in a very ocward place and even then the screen shots helped me find right where there were hope you do more guides very good

TW1STD 1LLUST10N on March 07, 2010:

Jon C on March 07, 2010:

killa on March 07, 2010:

me too, this is an extremely easy guide and all were precise

Anton on March 06, 2010:

I would disagree with x they are pretty accurate.

Nemdam (author) from United Kingdom on March 06, 2010:

x, if you could recall which are inaccurate/lacking detail I would really appreciate it, I will go back and make sure they're more helpful :). Thanks!

x on March 06, 2010:

Nice guide, some of the locations where a bit vague, and slightly inaccurate, but the majority were correct.
