Frost Your Favourite Desserts With Vegan Chocolate Goodness
Chocolate goes with almost everything and in frosting form, it compliments desserts, especially chocolate and vanilla cakes and cupcakes.
Use this icing to beautifully decorate your baked goods and enjoy its rich flavor with its slight hint of coconut.

About three cups of vegan chocolate frosting.
- 3/4 cup vegan margarine
- 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2/3 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- In a bowl using a handheld mixer or stand mixer, combine the margarine, confectioners' sugar, and cocoa until incorporated.
- Add the non-dairy milk and vanilla. Mix well. If the frosting is too thick, add more milk, or add more confectioners' sugar in case it is too soft, a tablespoon at a time. Store in the fridge until you are ready to decorate your dessert or freeze for later use.
