Making pasta from scratch is a rewarding and delicious culinary experience.   9. To cook the pasta, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook the pasta for 2-3 minutes, or until it is al dente.
  10. Drain the pasta and serve it with your favorite sauce.
