Wizard of Oz Cast Edible Icing Sheet
Here’s a way to get the look of the cakes you see in the bakery. You just peel the backing off of this edible icing art and apply it to your freshly frosted cake. The image is 7.5” by 10,” so it’s suitable for a small (1/4) sheet cake. It would probably look best if you pipe some frosting edging around it.

Rainbow Fruit Salad
I really like the idea of using fruit at parties. It's sweet as candy, but the fruits have lots of great nutrients. And they look splendid.
For this salad, mix together fresh blueberries, cubed pineapple and sliced strawberries. Add the sliced kiwi and bananas last, and pour on the following dressing:
1/3 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 ½ Tbsp. honey
¼ tsp ground ginger
Dash of nutmeg
You can also skewer the fruit on big toothpicks and skip the dressing (though you’ll want to dip the banana slices in lemon or orange juice to prevent them from getting brown.)
