How to Make Coconut Cake
Wondering how to make this? Here's a nice and quite easy recipe for coconut cake. It is a fluffy, white cake with coconut frosting. It makes a great addition to the dessert table or a thoughtful gift for the neighbors. This recipe is made with a sugary frosting, but healthier sugar-free cool whip can be substituted. Either way, it's a delicious treat any time of year.

Coconut cake sounds good, do you have a recipe that uses actual coconut pieces though? On the inside not the outside.
