Quick and Easy Bread Pizza Recipe- French Toast Pizza

Ingredients
For the crust:
- 6 bread slices
- 2 eggs (raw)
- 1/4 cup milk (raw or boiled)
- Butter or oil to toast
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- salt as per taste
For the pizza topping:
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon pizza seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
- 3/4 cup grated processed cheese
- 1/4 cup milk (raw or boiled)
- salt as per taste
Instructions
- In a plate bowl, break two eggs and give it a gentle whisk.
- Add-in 1/4 cup of milk, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp powdered sugar, ¼ tsp cinnamon powder, salt as per taste, and blend it thoroughly.
- Now dip the bread slices into this egg mixture. Make sure that the egg mixture is coated well on both sides of the bread. Caution- Don't soak the bread slices in the egg mix.
- Toast the dipped bread slices on a pan using oil or butter. Make sure to cook both sides of the bread for about 30 seconds on medium flame.
- Yay! The french toast crust is ready.
- Now to make the pizza sauce take a bowl, and pour in 1/2 cup of tomato sauce.
- Then add 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp pizza seasoning, 1 tbsp of chilli flakes, and some salt into this bowl.
- Finish the sauce preparation by combining these properly.
- Spread a thick coat of pizza sauce over the toasted bread slices. Caution - Spread the sauce on one side only.
- In a pan, add 1/4 tbsp of milk and 3/4 cup of grated cheese. Allow the cheese to melt in low flame with continuous stirring.
- Once the cheese melts completely, pour in 2 tbsp of this mixture onto the bread slices over the pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle some pizza seasoning and chilli flake over the cheese and finish off the french toast pizza. Tip- Serve hot for best flavor.
