I love food. There is no time or way to explain the reason why. It is like breathing. I think. All I know is that food is great.
I remember the time when my family and I were enjoying our dinner and at the conclusion of our meal, my mother smiled and told us that she had a big surprise for us and sure enough, she did. It was the delicious lemon pie and no one has ever turned it down.

2 egg yolks
½ c. lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (9”) graham cracker pie crust
Ready! Set! Go! You place the eggs and milk in a medium mixing bowl and beat well. (do not use mixer). Add lemon juice, stir to blend. Pour into pie crust. Chill for 1 hour.
