Yams - Candied and Delicious
It wasn't super complicated. Open. Drain. Dump. Top with butter. Mix spices, dump on top. Cover with marshmallows, and drip on some vanilla.
Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Oh, yes, and I used a glass pyrex dish.

- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- cinnamon
- marshmallows
- nutmeg
- ginger

Yes. Every bit as wonderful as I remember. The potatoes have a caramel, pumpkin pie like flavor. The marshmallows have a crisp, lightly sweet flavor like marshmallows toasted over a campfire.
