Ingredients

  • 500 Gms Mixed Veg.(carrots+beans+green peas, cubes
  • 100 Gms Fruit Coctail, Tin
  • 50 Gms Paneer, Cubes
  • 50 Gms Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 25 Gms Melon seeds, Paste
  • 25 Gms Curd, Fresh
  • 10 Gms Ginger- Garlic, Paste
  • 25 Gms Cream, Fresh
  • 25 Gms Cashewnuts, Broken
  • 5 Gms Garam Masala, Powder
  • 5 Gms Cumin Seeds, Powder
  • 5 Gms Red Chilli Powder
  • 5 Gms Coriander Powder
  • To taste Salt
  • 30 Gms Khoya, Fresh
  • 60 Ml Refined Oil
  • 65 Gms Onions Red, Chopped
  • 5 Gms Turmeric Powder
  • 5 Gms Almonds, sliced
  • 50 Gms Cauliflower, Flowerets

Instructions

  1. Wash & cut all the vegetables into dices & blanch them separately & keep aside.
  2. Heat Oil in the kadhai/skillet, add chop red onions fry till it changes the color & become brown, add ginger - garlic paste, sauté for a minute and add chopped tomatoes also sauté it till it is completely done.
  3. Now, add pinch of turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder sauté for some time then add water & cook for some more time.
  4. Now add all the blanched vegetables kept aside (step 1) + Khoya + Paneer + melon seed paste, and cook till all the vegetables are tender, now add beaten curd and reduce the gas flame.
  5. Now add salt as per the requirement & little garam masala cook for a minute. check the consistency and taste add cocktail fruits, cream and cashewnuts as a garnish and close the fire.
  6. Pour the delicious vegetable Navratan korma in the serving dish and serve with steamed basmati rice/ laccha paratha.
