Vegetable Mix with Salmon

These days, cooking must be easy and simple, yet delicious and healthy. Sometimes it is challenging what you're going to make for dinner and especially when you have children who always complain about what you are making. So, this recipe is the perfect pairing for that.

Main ingredients:

  • 3 large slices of salmon, without skin
  • 3 big unions, chopped
  • 5 or 6 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 big red pepper, chopped
  • 5 slices of garlic, chopped in small pieces

Add for option:

  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 medium leek, washed and chopped


  1. Chop the onions, and garlic in pieces.
  2. Put the salmon in its whole with the onions and garlic and let it bake until the salmon is well cooked.
  3. Chop the red pepper and the tomatoes. Add it all to the salmon, onions and garlic in the pan and bake it five minutes more.
