Cake is a dessert which everyone can eat. Cake is usually sell in the bakery. There are variety of cakes available in the market, but people can also made them at home.

  • 2 eggs
  • half cup milk, warm
  • 1 cup sugar
  • half cup oil
  • half teaspoon yellow color
  • 2-3 drops vanilla essence
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • half teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2-3 drops lemon or vinegar


  1. First make the butter milk. For butter milk preparation: In a bowl, add half cup of Luke warm milk then add 1 tea spoon of vinegar and 2 - 3 drops of lemon. Mix the bowl ingredients with the help of spoon. Leave the milk for about 15 minutes. Don't touch the butter milk for 15 minutes for better results.
  2. Now, in a blender, add 2 eggs blend them, add half cup of oil, add oil slowly slowly, blend eggs and oil for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add 1 cup of sugar in the blender, blender eggs, oil and sugar for about 2 minutes.
  4. Now add the prepared butter milk in the blender, blend all the ingredients such as eggs, oil, sugar and butter milk for about 4 minutes.
  5. Add after it orange essences few drops or any kind of essences which you have.
  6. In a bowl, add 2 cups of all purpose flour, sieve it, add 1 tea spoon baking powder, sieve it, add half tea spoon of baking soda, sieve it.
  7. Now add in the same flour bowl one pinch of salt, mix well all the ingredients of the bowl.
  8. Now in the flour mixture, add the ingredients of the blender, fold the ingredients well. But do no over fold them.
  9. Now at this stage, add half tea spoon of yellow color. Mix well but do not over fold the cake batter.
  10. Now grease the 8 inches of pan with the help of oil drops and then 2 table spoon of all purpose flour, apply the butter paper.
  11. After greasing the pan, pour all the cake batter in the greasing pan.
  12. Preheat the oven for about half hour earlier, put the cake pan in the oven for about 35-40 minutes.
  13. After 35-40 minutes cake is ready, it looks like fluffy and yummy.
  14. Do not change the ingredients manner.
  15. Cake is very delicious in eating.
  16. PRECAUTIONS: Check the cake with a small stick. If the stick comes out fluidly then cake is not ready.
