- 3 medium, ripe bananas, fresh or frozen
- 1 small avocado
- 1 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 cups water (or sub the 1/2 cup with ice)
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 3 tablespoons hemp hearts
- Place all of the ingredients the bananas, avocado, pineapple, water, non-dairy milk, and hemp hearts in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until you reach a smooth, creamy texture. Serve immediately and enjoy.
