Tortang Hotdog (Hotdog Omelette)

If you enjoy eating hotdog, you'll definitely love this simple recipe of Tortang Hotdog (in Filipino) or Hotdog Omelette (in English). Hotdog is one of the most common breakfast meats. Some popular hotdog variations are chicken, beef, fish, cheesy or spicy hotdog. In this delicious recipe, I used my favorite brand of hotdog and freshly harvested eggs.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 4 hotdogs, sliced
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- cooking oil

- 2 medium bowls
- Chopping board
- Knife
- Fork

- Frying pan
- Slotted spatula

Instructions
- Crack eggs in a bowl. Beat eggs and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry sliced hotdogs.
- Spread out hotdogs before pouring beaten eggs. Cover the pan. Cook hotdog omelette until fully cooked.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
