I live in the San Francisco Bay area and our summer is usually rather cool. Eating warming and cooling foods isn't a important for which I am glad. I can't imagine not eating garlic and mango. Today at the beaches it is supposed to be around 60 degrees Fahrenheit, inland to the high 70's. Evenings range mostly in the 50's. Yep, that is what we call summer in San Francisco.
