  2. Put some oil and heat it over high heat. Add the onions until the color of the oil changes. Add three teaspoons of tomato paste alongside the chopped tomato.
  3. Leave for about 5 minutes before adding the salt, kammon hoot, and water.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes before adding the marinated fish, and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately when still hot, and sprinkle a little spice if necessary.
