This martini recipe is part 1 of an ongoing hubpages many series on the different types of chocolate martinis. Enough small talk lets get down to business my friends, ( I mean that! you are all my friends)
But First feel free to try some of my other award winning recipes:
Making the perfect Chocolate martini really comes down to taste and personal preference, I prefer Godiva chocolate liquor, pinnacle vanilla vodka and dekuyper creme de cacao but really any brand will make a great chocolate cocktail. Most recipes like this call for cream or ½ & ½ and I usually use milk so whatever you can get your hands on will be fine.
- 1 ½ ounce Godiva chocolate Liquor
- ½ ounce creme de cacao clear
- 1 ounce pinnacle vanilla vodka
- 1 ½ ounce ½ & ½ or milk will work
Prepare The Glass & Mixology:
Now you can prepare you chocolate martini glass several different ways, some use a little simple syrup on a sponge to moisten the rim of the glass and then dust with coco powder, some take chocolate syrup and drizzle the inside of the glass and you can also chill the chocolate martini glass and dip it in magic shell, the chocolate around the martini glass will instantly harden around the rim. As far as mixing, fill your cocktail shaker full of ice, add your ingredients and shake away. Pour into your prepared martini glass, sprinkle a little shaved milk chocolate and enjoy. This makes 1 martini, if you would like to make a whole shaker just multiply the ingredients. Well there you have it, The best chocolate martini recipe, up next will be the Chocolate Cream Pie Martini and trust me you do not want to miss it so check back often or subscribe to may hubs or feeds, if you have any comments or questions be sure to leave them below and I will answer them the best I can.

Your photo looks JUST like the way I make my white chocolate martinis! This recipe sounds delicious. I usually just make mine with the Godiva white chocolate liqueur and vanilla vodka. I made them last Valentine's Day, garnished with a chocolate covered chocolate strawberry. They were divine :)
Voted up & interesting. Thanks for sharing!
