Ingredients :

6–8 cups of finely ground weed
2 quarts of your preferred cooking oil
4 pounds of bone-in chicken, roughly 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks
kosher salt, two separate tablespoons.
2 teaspoons of white pepper, ground
Smoked paprika, 3 teaspoons
1 tablespoon of powdered garlic
2 teaspoons dried thyme and 1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt for celery
a tablespoon of black pepper, freshly ground
dried basil, two tablespoons
Oregano, dry, 1 teaspoon
All-purpose flour, 2 cups, and cornstarch, 2 tablespoons
Buttermilk, one cup
2 substantial egg whites
vodka, 2 teaspoons

Equipment :

spoons and measuring cups
(2) two wire cooling racks
Tongs
two baking trays
Whisk
temp. for deep-frying
temperature probe
Toilet paper

Directions :

You can skip the step where we combine cannabis and oil if you already have cannabis cooking oil available. Before you start the first step, make sure your cannabis is ground. The remaining stages are standard for all fried chicken recipes. We are merely substituting cannabis-infused cooking oil for conventional cooking oil.

Step 1: Mix the oil and the weed :

In a pan, combine oil and ground marijuana, and heat it slowly for a few hours. The THC in your oil should now be active after this completes the decarboxylation process. Your oil's THC won't make you feel high if you skip this step. Depending on how high you want to feel, increase or reduce the marijuana dosage.

Step 2: Strain

Put the plant stuff through a strainer and reserve the oil until you are ready to start frying the chicken. You can now concentrate more on the cooking and less on the marijuana.

Step 3: Salt Chicken

One tablespoon of salt should be added to the chicken pieces before placing them on a baking pan. 30 minutes should pass while you prepare the spice combination.

Step 4: Prepare Seasoning

Create a dredging station first. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, and last tablespoon of salt. Then, combine the alcohol, buttermilk, and egg whites in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. On a different baking sheet, mount a wire cooling rack. One piece of chicken at a time, thoroughly coat it with buttermilk, then place it in the flour mixture and shake the bowl so it is thoroughly coated. While getting ready to fry, place all of the coated chicken on the rack for up to 30 minutes.

Step 5: Start Frying

Oil heating on a medium-high flame. Check the temperature with a deep-frying thermometer to make sure it is around 350°F. The baking sheet that the chicken was seasoned on should be washed and dried. This baking sheet will serve as a cooling station when it is lined with paper towels and equipped with a second wire cooling rack. Use tongs to place two to three pieces of chicken at a time, rotating them every three to four minutes. The chunks should start turning golden-brown after 12 to 15 minutes at 325°F and have an interior temperature of 170°F. Without contacting the bone, insert the probe thermometer into the thickest portion of the bird to check.

Step 6: Cool Chicken

The second baking sheet should contain all of the fried chicken. Before consuming, let it cool for at least 10 minutes. Before frying a second or third batch, make sure the oil is once again up to 350°F.

Final Hit: How To Make Weed-Infused Fried Chicken

You now have a method for making fried chicken even sexier than it already is. While you wait for the chicken to cool, roll a joint or smoke a bowl.

Simply said, I adore stuffed baked potatoes. It's an easy, affordable dish that's ideal for lunch or dinner. This is a nice way to get high with some sliced, juicy tomatoes or a basic salad.

While these potatoes can be made more elaborately with chicken or thinly sliced leftover steak, for me, bacon, scallion, and cheese is the pinnacle of potato perfection. You'll likely enjoy it as well. I made the decision to treat the potato filling before topping and baking. Just stuff that sucker with your favorite fridge finds. Change the cheese, leave out the bacon. Almost nothing can go wrong.

I used the marijuana strain G13 to make this butter. Oh my God.

G13 is an effective indica-dominant strain. In reality, I've been looking for it for a while. Euphoric and totally up my alley, I snooze like a baby. My anxiety simply vanished, and I've been thoroughly savoring this high. My large batch of A cake with caramel apples that rocked was made with canna butter. The next thing I'm planning to prepare is some baked canna apples, which I might use in my next recipe. People, stay tuned.
